Cooks fast, evenly and was a great price. Went with Samsung because of features and build quality.

After my first choice arrived by mail damaged, I didn't want to risk ordering another one online. The store didn't have what I wanted in stock and I HAD to replace a 10 year old Samsung that was no longer heating evenly. This I like about this - it works. Things I don't like - the finish shows every possible fingerprint and cleaning doesn't help much. Having the "buttons" on the door prevents short people like me from seeing the progress of the heating while in use. If the "buttons" break (and they require more pressure than I'd prefer for my older hands), we'll have to replace the entire door. Seems like a poor design choice. I use the timer a lot, but for some reason setting the timer requires you select timer (rather than cook) first - before you enter the time. With the cook option, you select the time and then press cook. Why not the same set of instructions for both? Again, poor design choice, in my opinion. Price was reasonable, and it fit perfectly in the space vacated by the old Samsung, so hubby was happy doing less work. The thing is a bit heavy for just one person to install, even if strong my like my husband. I had to help, and I'm NOT strong! I like the darker inside, as I won't see stains quite as readily as when the inside was white. That, and it works to heat evenly are the reasons I gave it 3 stars. There isn't much else to recommend about this unit. I would not buy it again.

Everything is great about this unit. The only thing preventing a 5 star rating is that the stainless steal door had one scratched from the factory and they tried rubbing it out with an abrasive, putting more fine scratches in a 2" x 5" section of the door. You can still see the original scratch as well. We didn't notice it until after the unit was hung and the protective plastic was taken off. The store made it right by us by giving us a choice of extra money off or a replacement.

Looks god, though it's a little deep for my location. East to use controls. good high speed fan and LED lighting on the underside. I would like an interior light control so I could see what;s cooking while it's cooking.

This microwave lives up to the Samsung name. It is both sleek and efficient.

We have not used the item yet, but it looks great and we are preparing to install.

microwave does it all and then some just takes some reading and practice and you will get the hang of it

My wife and I did a ton of research on refrigerators, dishwashers, ranges, and microwaves and finally settled on Samsung. We ventured into Best Buy to just "look" at the options we narrowed our search down to (Samsung or LG) and make a final decision. The quality of the Samsung products was clearly superior in build and finish. Our decision to get stainless steel over another finish was due to the scheme of the kitchen we designed for our new house. We're well on our way to getting things in order and can't be happier with our purchase. I would definitely purchase Samsung products again as they seem to understand what consumers are looking for and nailed it with each of these items.

A nice looking and great cooking microwave and does a great job as a vent a hood

A lot of pads...but they are presets that are very useful. Worth the extra few bucks!

Much better than my old counter top microwave. Frees up space. Works well.

Purchased this on Aug 1, 2015. Wasn't delivered until Sept 22, 2015. Kitchen wasn't finished until Nov 1, 2015. So we didn't start using it until Nov. Jan 2016 we started having issues. Code E-83 kept coming up. Would have to unplug to reset. Feb. Contacted Samsung. Now it's April 2016. Samsung sent 3 repair people who can't repair (company policy they send THREE repair tries). Samsung complained about my copies of the receipt (copy of original Best Buy receipt ). Almost 6 months without a microwave. From what I have read on line (from other owners) this error code has been an issue for over a year yet Samsung still continues to sell this model. Repair man told me that Samsung has no error code listed but I had pictures. Asked for a refund but not sure how long this would take. Bought a stove, dishwasher, and fridge all the same day as the microwave. Will never own another Samsung microwave and refuse to spend money with a company that has such poor customer service. Have spent close to 30 hours dealing with this including wait times for a repair person who called and informed me that "he wouldn't make it today. He was calling from the back of an ambulance" Where I feel for the repair man the company he works for wouldn't take my calls. Too much hassle for a obviously defective product.

Easy to use and heats up well. bought it for me and my roommates to use. user friendly

We bought this microwave to go along with our new Samsung oven and looks great! Functionality and design make it a great buy. We have no regrets paying a little more for a good product and this doesn't disappoint. Would recommend for sure!
