Replacing another Samsung

We have replaced the refrigerator and now the microwave. The fridge was under warranty, microwave wasn't. The new unit is fine, but two of the buttons are programmed wrong. I won't be replacing with Samsung again. Their pretty much crap.

This microwave matched our new Samsung slide in stove and it looks very nice. It works very well. The door is larger than most because the controls are on the front door section. Got used to that quickly. Nice Microwave for the money, which Best Buy had a good price on our appliance package.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It would take too long to explain here just let me say the microwave is ok but the customer service is terrible to the point they installed the WRONG microwave, used the wrong template resulting in multiple holes in my cabinet and wall and eventually getting a different microwave which was acceptable to us. Just a comedy of errors on their part.
