Loud 3 times as loud as my last one annoying. Low power for a 1000 watt microwave takes twice as long to cook. Called service on it came out said there was nothing they could do that's the way the machine was.

Started failing (odd noises but continued to heat) by end of May of 2017 and was already out of warranty. Completely died (no power at all) by October 2017. Worked well before its untimely demise - large cooking interior, sensor cooking worked well, good looking. Maybe we got a dud but we won't buy another Samsung microwave any time soon.

It cooks really well and very even. The defrost is really great it defrost without cooking the food.

The only issue so far is that my wife thinks it is too big. I hangs down and blocks the view of the stove controls. This will be taken care of when we remodel the kitchen and raise it up.

One issue is that the clock gradually loses time, I have Samsung stove, DW and fridge all keep good synchronized time.
