The microwave is supposed to be powerful 1100 Watt, but has poor heating performance and heated liquids are not as hot as they should be. Upon completion of a cycle and substances are removed from the microwave, I can hear noise indicating that the motor is still rotating and has not stopped. I am going to contact Best Buy and have them come and check the microwave and possibly replace it with a new unit.
