The number panel to select the cooking time did not work. Best Buy was excellent in handling the return of this item and gave us a refund in exchange for another item.

Beeps every 10 mins!

Once you go to heat something up, take it out, the microwave starts beeping every 15 mins. for no apparent reason. You can open the door, try to reset and even turn it on again! Nothing helps. It eventually stops...but in the middle of the night when the microwave beeps every 15 mins. its pretty miserable!!! DO not recommend.

I have to clean it constantly to even have a hope of the buttons working. I had high hopes since the reviews were good, but I've sworn off Samsung after buying this and the rest of my kitchen appliances from them and having lots of issues.
