This microwave is nice, and works great. I love the soften and melt features. I do wish that it had 'quick start' buttons, where you just hit one button and have the microwave start for 30 seconds or 1 minute. The buttons are a little hard to press correctly, but we are getting used to them so it's getting a bit better. The four level vent functions work great and are very quiet compared to previous microwaves. This microwave doesn't have convection or many special features, but we never use those features anyway. If you just want a good microwave that works well, this is a good choice.

This is a large unit and takes up considerable counter space, but the interior space is worth it as I use it more than my oven. Overall I like it, but I notice that food is taking longer to heat/cook than my previous microwave and the convection doesn't seem to cook faster than a conventional oven. Controls are not intuitive and the instructions are complicated for the pre- programmed settings. I do like the drop-down door.

I like the many options to choose to customize our needs from defrosting, making oatmeal, to heating my tea. The glass touch controls on the door make it simple to operate and stylish in appearance. One small improvement that I wish for would be to put my mugs in without needing lift the metal rack each time. It needs just a little more room on the bottom half or I need a smaller mug.

I thought I would like the controls to be on the bottom for easier touch but this makes the door way too wide. Also, the controls are not sensitive at all, you have to press really hard at times. No quick 30 sec, you still have to hit start.

The microwave looks great and is packed with features. The light under is also bright enough so give light to your stove. The bulb is 5000k(daylight) It also has several features for defrost, popcorn, heating etc.

Overall a good microwave. Has a lot of nice features. I would say the things I don't like are 1. it is loud 2. The timer only makes a short beep. If you are using it for other things around the house, you will not hear it go off. 3. Other microwave had speed minutes, so you could just press 1 and it would go for a minute etc. This one you have to hit start there is no speed setting, or I haven't found a way to set it. I like 1. The panel is along the bottom making it easy for the kids to use 2. Has a nice melt or soften butter feature 3. Easy to clean 4. Price was good.

Love this microwave so far with the exception of the button sensitivity. The unit is big and looks nice. It feels solid when opening and closing. The inclusion of LED lighting underneath is nice. The bulbs SHOULD last for a long time. The fan is loud but you can feel it moving air even at lower speeds. It might be a feature I need to enable somehow, but it lacks the ability to simply for a minute, 2, or 3 by just pushing those buttons. That said, I'm smart enough to enter 60 seconds. They keys can also be touchy in their responsiveness. Sometimes they pick up right away and other times it takes a couple of pushes to get your selection. I have learned that less pressure is better.

We love the look of the unit It installed in place of the replaced unit seamlessly. It looks GREAT, but I'd failed to realize that the cost of the look was a door as big as the unit is wide. We get used to it. I also get the feeling it is capable of much more than we do with it - need to look at the owner's manual.

We bought this microwave because we were looking to free up counterspace, and this is a newer unit tha maches the style of our refrigerator. Overall, very nice looking microwave with lots of cooking space inside and lots of features. LED lighting, buttons on bottom of door, stainless steel style, and cooking rack were all big selling points for me. Also it was relatively easy to install, but definitely is a 2 person install. Havent had this microwave long, so havent run into any long-term issues, however, I am already a bit disappointed with the responsiveness of the control buttons. If your hands are dirty, oily, greasy in any kind of way, or you dont touch the button straight on, it doesnt always respond to your touch. And although I like the multiple fan/vent settings, Im not particularly happy with how loud the fan is. Other than those things, its been a geat microwave so far.

Our last microwave(countertop) broke over a year ago. After not being in a hurry and extensive research, we finally bought an over the range microwave. The most important thing was freeing up space on the countertop. Functionality was important too. This microwave has a lot of bells and whistles at a fair price. My wife loves the LED lights. She was impressed with how well they brightened up the stove top. The sensor cooking is a huge plus too.

I probably do with a microwave what the majority of people do, which is to heat up food and periodically "bake" a potato. The unit performs up to expectation and is powerful enough that you don't have to heat leftovers for 15 min. The kitchen timer and microwave may be used simultaneously (I had one that didn't). Unit also includes an "eco" mode that I honestly haven't investigated very well. I have decided in favor of the dark interior because I found it a challenge to keep the white interiors spotless with past microwaves. It has all the typical "shortcut keys" that I don't tend to use and the defrost has been more that adequate. Overall I call this a buy if you're looking for a little style with solid feel and very good performance.

I purchased this microwave about a month ago. I love it, I like the touch pad on the door. However, sometimes you have to touch the desired setting twice to work. I found out if you press hard on he settings, the touch pad doesn't work, so you have to slightly touch the pad. Very roomy and the ceramic coating inside makes it easy to clean. The fan is very powerful, it has 4 settings which makes it handy when you are cooking foods with strong aroma. The LED light is very bright which help brighten the area if you are cooking on the stove. Over all, this Microwave is very nice and has lots of useful features/options.

Lots of features, most of them I'll never use. Only complaint is that the buttons do not always work easily. It seems you have to either hit them at a weird angle or hit them a couple of times to work.
