Purchased one month ago along with our Samsung range. So far everything works perfectly. The only thing that is taking some time to adjust to is the touch pads.

I purchased this to replace a ~10 year old microwave that finally stopped working. Installation is fairly easy if you follow the instructions. I have been using the microwave for a few weeks now and have no issues with it. The buttons are well laid out on the bottom of the front of the unit. The material on the inside will be WAY easier to keep clean than the previous one I owned.

I was considering just getting a hood range..but decided on the microwave last minute and happy that I did. Looks great...there was a minor issue with the middle piece but got that replaced and is working great.

This microwave is very sleek looking. The directions for installation which were very clear. There are more settings than we thought. For instance there is a setting for soften/melt. When you hit this button you then need to pick for butter, chocolate, cream cheese. These settings work perfectly!

This is my very first over the stove microwave and I could not have picked a better one. The inside is just as an oven would look and it's quite spacious. It has easy and multifunctional buttons with prewritten icons for various foods, thawing, warming and etc. There is a rack, as an oven would have, to warm 2 or more things at once. The table rotates or not at the touch of a button. The microwave can lock for protection, if necessary. Time is displayed in 12 or 24 hours. The vent can open to release steam if wanted. There is a removable filter for easy cleaning. This is such a marvelous machine and the best first purchase ever in appliances.

Installation was very easy. Microwave looks and works great!!

Rarely use microwave, but this one is stylish and large and the fans have great suction. Only negatives I've noticed are it is difficult to see the item cooking as the tint is very dark. Also, the glass touch controls aren't as responsive as the traditional controls.

This MW is sharp looking and the on-the-face controls not only compliment the design, but they are functional, easy to use, and they are behind glass so there will be no fading or cracking of plastic touch pads.

Microwave looks great!! Purchased as a replacement for one that quit working just after 5 years. We have started migrating over to the Samsung line of appliances as you can't seem to beat the look and value for the $. Functions offered are useful and not tedious to use. It's large enought to hold some of our biggest plates.

We bought this microwave as an "open box" that someone had returned. Even with a few minor defects (scratches and dents), the warranty was intact and the microwave functions perfectly. I like the fan speeds and different settings that can be easily adjusted. The display asks you for the information it needs instead of leaving you guessing. If I could improve one thing, it would be the amount of light given off underneath to illuminate the stovetop.

Having replaced an over the stove 1970's microwave with this Samsung reminded me of how much better the current genre is. Fast, powerful, led lighting and ease of use make this one a keeper.

My wife picked out this Samsung Microwave to match our Samsung Refridgerator. It is a perfect match. The installers came and took old one out and installed this new one over our new Samsung gas range. They were fast and efficient. We are well pleased with our purchase at Best Buy!

wonderful design. The controls are all printed on the glass door horizontally .across the bottom. It is stainless steel with a black glass door. It matches well with my Samsung stainless steel drop in range.

This microwave looks great and it very big, maybe just to big. Need to make sure it will fit on top of the range. You'll need to drill holes 16 and a half inch below the cabinets. And you'll need cabinets at least 14 inch of depth for it to look nice in my opinion.

The Samsung over the range microwave with glass touch controls looks beautiful in the kitchen. LED cooktop lights have a hi/lo setting, generate no heat, and make a great kitchen night-light. Cooking compartment is very large. The turntable can be turned off when using oversize or odd shaped bowls. Controls are simple to use and the display guides you through the steps. The glass touch controls look very sleek but do require more pressure than a traditional control panel. Cooking is very even and predictable. The unit is a bit quieter than other microwave ovens I've owned. Very easy to install. Very satisfied with this Samsung.

Works well, you need to push the buttons kind of hard to get it to work.

This microwave is really great! It heats up everything fine (although little tricks and there perfect it: life hacks). Otherwise, it goes very well with our new gas range and adds a very modern and advanced feel to our kitchen and home!

Much better than I expected. Many options and easy to use.

I have only had this unit a short while, but I really like it. It is not as loud as the other units I have owned and while I do agree that the bottom row of buttons can be difficult sometimes, I have noticed that if I let my finger stay on the number for a second it works fine. I am happy the interior is not white and is much easier to clean than other microwaves have been. As with any company you can get a bad unit, this is true with anything, and I like to remember, most people do not review if they are happy.

Too of the line microwave , only reason I had to return is because my samsung fridge did not for in my kitchen, when I buy another house samsung will be the brand I go with
