love the design & controls. was easy to install,even with my exhaust fan.seems stronger or cooks better than our ge same watts.

Good overall, however, the touch pad is less sensitive than expected, you have to push hard on the keys ie: light or fan control you must push hard to make it come on or off.

Only bought Samsung again to keep with the brand name of my other appliances. My previous Samsung's magnetron failed twice over 6 years and I decided pay for a new microwave instead of another repair. Only concern so far is occasionally the buttons have become unresponsive and require being pressed multiple times for my input to register. Aesthetically the microwave looks great, Samsung makes the best looking appliances. Ultimately it does what a microwave is supposed to do.

This was the last item to buy to match my other new Samsung stainless appliances.....looks amazing! Very clean look and handle matches the handles on all the other pieces. Plenty of room, you will not be disappointed!

Microwave is a great product with lots of options. Love the touch pad on the door vice front right side. Product was ordered on line and shipped to me; arrived damaged (case was bent in two locations) but I was able to push side back in and install where damage area was not visible. Looks very sleek and matches other SS appliances in the kitchen.

this microwave is really good looking. It works like a normal microwave. So it is perfect.

Some of our buttons like the 7, 3, and some others won't work anymore. They are supposed to be light touch buttons and they just don't work.

Replacing another Samsung that only lasted a few years. Hopefully this is a more reliable model. I like the touch panel much better than the membrane buttons on my old model, which is what failed. Really like the interior which is dark gray rather than the traditional white. Very quiet and tons more features than I will ever use.

After doing quite the comparisons of different Samsung microwaves, as I was buying all new Samsung appliances and wanted them to match, I loved this particular microwave because it's very modern and offers quite a few nice features.

This was a great purchase. It was a recommended microwave by Consumer Reports and lives up to the rating. Easy to install and use. Interior is easy to clean. Cooks food evenly. Would recommend to anyone looking for a microwave.

I have never been disappointed with Samsung products… And that includes this one. It is big, extremely well-made, and very powerful. A lot of things that I microwave says “microwaves power very so your cooking time may vary”. Just know you’ll be fine as long as you set the timer for the minimum time required. Also, the lighting both inside and underneath for the cooktop is beautiful… It makes a very nice “nightlight“ for the kitchen when you set the light on low… Extremely well-made. also my hat is off to Best Buy, for the great service, Internet shopping, and home delivery during this pandemic!

Decided to remove the over the range fan vent hood with this over the range microwave oven. Since we no longer needed the old microwave we now have more counter space. The microwave works great and best of all the venting is a lot more efficient than the old fan vent hood.
