We are pleased with the looks and performance of the Samsung microwave. It seems to be right on for the preset items such as potatoes, popcorn, thawing, and softening/melting butter.

As a microwave, it cooks ok. Improvements would be to have lighted buttons; brighter-light inside; easier to press buttons I would look further

I like the full door and soft touch buttons. The microwave works great and gets the job done. The presets for defrosting work great.

I ended up purchasing the cheaper model because the door on this one is only nice to look at. After opening the oversized door on this model you will see exactly why I didn't keep it. Way to big and seems flimsy.

Even the kids, ranging in ages 10-17 love this microwave. Harder for us "older" folks to figure out but absolutely love it.

This microwave is OK. Missing a few things that I took for granted on my old microwave like you can’t adjust the beeper volume and there aren’t any express buttons (like you just hit the number 1 and it cooks for 1 min). What I could do with one button on my old microwave now takes 4 buttons. Also the buttons are more finicky. I often have to hit buttons multiple times to get it to register. That’s annoying. Also the popcorn button doesn’t fully cook a single serve bag of popcorn- leaves a lot uncooked.

Very pleased with my purchase. I was concerned that it was going to look to big in my kitchen and take too much space since this thing is huge, but it doesn't and it looks great. Very stylish design and the sensor cooking feature is really nice, no more burnt popcorn!!. The touch buttons can require a couple of tries but so far this hasn't been an issue for us.
