Couldn't give 5 stars because we had trouble with the numbers not responding and the auto defrost never working. I must say that Samsung honored the warranty and ended up replacing the whole door. Working fine since.

Works as advertised and easy to install. Very quiet when used.

The design looks great, the only problem I find is that the digital controls are not sensitive enough and have to press hard to get it to work, so far besides this it works well

Its fonctional the only problem is when u push the bottons same times it does work some times u have to push couple times and hard to get it

Great microwave, button wording has worn off some and sometimes the buttons will only work when the door is open but overall has been a great appliance

We like the size of this microwave with the rack that can be easily removed. Looks very nice from the outside and controls are easy to use.

We installed the microwave ourselves fairly easily. the button on the screen don't always respond properly when pushing them, but it's a solid oven

Nice microwave. The LED lights are brighter than my previous one. This model comes packed with a lot of features for a reasonable price.

This is the 2nd time we bought this microwave. The first time we bought it we didn't install it for 4 months. The electronics on this microwave went out so it was going to cost more to get it fixed than to buy a new one. If we had installed it when we bought it then it would have gone out during the warranty period. Unfortunately we like the look of this microwave and it worked well before it died so we have decided to purchase it again but this time we have installed it right away so if it goes out as quickly it will be replaced with the warranty.

we bought this to replace a countertop LG that died after a year. We've been so impressed with Samsung as a whole we're replacing our appliance with their products as the old ones die. this microwave is so easy to use the owner's manual is essentially the installation manual. i like the lights, the fan is quiet, and set up was fairly simple. just bolt the mounting strip on the wall, drill the holes for the top mount and make the hole right for the exhaust fan. My uncle and i had it up in less than an hour. over all we're happy with the product. the only minor complaint i have (and it could be me) is that the buttons are a little hard to use with dry skin, i sometimes have to dampen my fingers to use them easily.

I bought this microwave as part of a 4 piece purchase. I am very happy with it. It looks great and does everything that I expect in a microwave.

Great microwave! I love the sensor cooking and use that 99% of the time. The ceramic interior is easy to clean and keep looking new. The vent fan is also stronger than any other model we could find on the market and works great!
