It is a good microwave, it has a nice nonstick interior, great value for the price, and it is large enough to handel most dishes

Though it is wonderfully compact, it is quite powerful. It heats evenly. This is a sophisticated machine, with a host of pre-set, computerized timings for cooking a variety of foods.

Went to Conn;s, Lowe's, Home Depot, Sears....they didn't have what my "mental picture" of the microwave I was looking for....nor did they have it to purchase and carry. I went on line to Best Buy and found EXACTLY what I wanted. It is sleek, modern, great power, quiet and reasonable priced.....love love love it !!!!! I had it shipped directly to my house at no extra charge and it showed up within 5 business days. Thank-you Best Buy !

Bought a Samsung stainless kitchen. This microwave was best reviewed along with the most space. We loved the design, along with the good reviews. So far not disappointed at all, and we love the ease of use. Use it to reheat just about everything and it works just as it should.

So far this microwave has done a fantastic job. Has lots of great features and add ons. Plus it looks amazing. I would highly recommend this product.

We bought this microwave oven as part of a complete kitchen appliance upgrade. The game manufacturers play is that they have very stylized handles, so to get appliances that look the same, you have to get all the same brand. We chose Samsung because of features we like on the refrigerator and dishwasher. This unit has a large capacity and the sensor cooking makes it easy to use. My wife is short and likes the fact that the controls are under the door and easy for her to see.

Purchased less than 6 months ago. it microwaves great when its not shorting out and it looked pretty good for a couple months, however, the quality of construction is horrible. the unit shorts out, the mounting brackets ripped out of the tin foil like cover, the buttons are already wearing, the metal rack inside broke (the weld), and some of the stainless steel is actually coming off? I would never purchase this model from samsung again. like i said Disappointed@samsung

Its a beautiful microwave that does a great job. Our first use was a bag of popcorn and it popped it perfectly, no burning and not undercooked. Since then we have tried many of the other preset cooking settings and all have been spot on. The light is bright and wonderful, not the dusky yellow of our old microwave. The fan is awesomely strong and respectably quite, not silent but you can talk over the sound.

I purchased this microwave to replace a 10 year old OTR microwave in our home. Setting up the fan was a breeze and mounting it was easy as well. My 5' wife was able to hold it in place as I screwed in the top screws. The sensor function works great. It can easily hear up a cookie to the right temp. There are so many functions that it was hard to adjust to. We definitely love the LED light and 4 speed fan. Overall, we love this microwave. Other than the beeping that will not stop until you open the door or clear it. Now our kitchen looks outdated because of the stainless steel, lol.

This microwave is amazing! It allows the largest plates to fit with ease and does not make a sound. The 4 speed fan is an amazing option and the LED light had been wonderful.... It is hard to think i have been cooking without it all this time.

I really loved the microwave, overall I think is a really good option for the price, it is spacious and has a very powerful fan (4 speeds) the LED light is great to illuminate my range

This was a great microwave for my wife she loves using it sometimes I think she might use it too much. Lol....

The Samsung microwave was simple to install and easy to use

The item in the store looked very good. It was missing the glass turntable; but had the mounting rail and paperwork, but without the mounting hardware. And that was the beginning of a challenge. The nuts in the cabinet for mounting were stripped, the mounting paperwork did not match the cabinet. But I pressed onward, removed the outer cabinet, removed the built-in nuts and installed mounting brackets for mounting legs on furniture, worked great. Mounted the outer cabinet, after re-drilling the holes, and it fit perfectly. Re-installed the cabinet on the unit. And the unit slipped in perfectly. If you buy a Open Box Item they can be good deals, but this was more of challenge that I expected. The unit works just great.

This was a great buy! Easy to use & great price! Matches my kitchen perfect! My 15 year old son can use w/ timer! Love it!

As I mentioned before, it is very easy to use and all features are easy to understand. It was easy to install has a nice venting system.

Nice design and large microwave. There is a rack and rounder inside which allows for several items.

I would highly recommend this product to anyone. For the price and the features it offers. It also looks very nice in any kitchen.

I have had this microwave for 13 months to replace the low end builder's appliances. This microwave seems to have standard features but nothing special that sets it apart. I also noticed that for the wattage rating, it didn't seem to heat as fast as other brands with the same wattage. 7 months into owning it, there was an intermittent power issue and the internal light would cut out as well as power. Samsung sent out a repair guy and he opened the top faceplate and put electrical tape around the connections. He said this was fairly common, that repeated use would make these connects loose. I would not purchase this unit again.
