I purchased this product as a gift. It was easy to install and operate.

I've been using it for one month now and it does what you expect. I only had one issue when they delivered it has a little crack so I had to return. BestBuy as usual was very quick in delivering a new one. My only complain is in regards to installing the filter (in front of the microwave). It requires you to move things around and it easily can damage the Stainless Steel surface. Other then that it's great.

Samsung is know for quality and this microwave does not disappoint. On a side not my popcorn comes out perfect on this machine. Overall no complains so far and i would recommend it

I love the look of this microwave, its different and has a lot of great features. I didn't like though that when my husband and i pulled it out of the box and had to set the microwave up for different venting. We thought we bought the wrong kind of microwave. We had to call best buy and they cleared it up but the directions didn't clearly point the options out.

Most of the microwaves in the sub $400 category have cery similar features. This microwave with its buttoms along the bottom looks unlike the rest, but flows very well. Also for people who are shorter the buttons are at a better view. The only complaints that I have are that Bestbuy does not give them power, so you can not play with them before purchasing them and the employees knew nothing about it. I had to do much of the research myself and didmt even know that the screem was blue until plugged it in. Other than that it is a great microwave with a great user interface.

I like the overall look of the microwave. The controls are on the bottom and my kids can easily reach them.

The microwave works and looks great but, had an issue with the installation and one of the mounting bolts (the self aligning bolts) ended up cross threaded and we needed a replacement part. We searched local hardware stores and called Best Buy and several other dealers for a replacement part but no one had them. Had to order from Samsung Parts Direct - but.. Could not order just the one bolt needed, had to purchase a complete mounting kit (five bolts, 2 drywall toggles, and a plastic strip) for $34 plus $3 handling and $9 shipping. Pretty dang expensive bolt!

Overall, I really like it for a relatively cheap microwave. Wish the display was a little brighter for seeing the time or timer from across the room.

Beautiful looking microwave accents my kitchen nicely. The bottom touch pad is a really nice feature, easy to read and great for shorter people. The interior is easy to clean and I like having the removable shelf. Good space between the dish and shelf for two level cooking. Only complaint is not having express cooking buttons.

Great microwave at a great price. Very large! Quiet operation. No complaints.

We purchased the microwave because we wanted a larger size in the standard footprint. The door is nice and lightweight and easy to open/close.

Have only used it a short while but haven't found any shortcomings on performance

The clean,uncluttered lines of this microwave adds to the ease of operation. Not only is it good looking ,it is so easy to operate with the up front controls. The interior is easily cleaned and the size of 2.2 cubic feet allows for cooking of larger items. great overall product

We bought this microwave in Aug 2013. It worked ok during day time. If I start the microwave, when kitchen lights are ON, the kitchen power circuit breaker trips!!. Called the Samsung service center. They said we need a separate circuit breaker for this microwave!! Of course, I don't want to rewire my house for a useless piece of microwave. We never had this problem with our previous one like this.... Considering the hassles of returning this product, I changed all kitchen lights to CFL to reduce power. Now the circuit breaker doesn't trip in night, but it takes double the time of my previous microwave to boil a cup of water!! I am going throw away this one and get another microwave soon. Never another Samsung one...

Bought this as un-boxed. It was a great deal and a major upgread from what we were looking at.

This over the range microwave seems to be of durable materials and it is easy to clean.

This Microwave works great and recommend it. The sale of the unit was easy at Best Buy.

Overall I love this product! Samsung has always been a brand I trust. Microwave heats items pretty fast and well! Was really worth what I paid for. Would really recommend it. Also, thank you best buy for the good deal I got on this product! You guys always have great deals on all your products!

I've been watching this product all summer and wanted the prices to go down. Once it did I had to get it. I love it! It is so powerful and cooks well. Matches with all my other Samsung products that I brought also. My children love all the extra features.
