This has been going strong for 2 years and we use it a lot.

I bought this with a suite. I matches nicely. It heats up food better now that I removed the metal rack. It really just got in the way anyhow. It does have a lot of really nice automatic buttons, however they are hard to push. That is why I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars.

I find that this microwave is so easy to use and so far it has all the different pre-programmed buttons you could want. For instance, I was making candy and wanted to melt the chocolate in the microwave and it has a button for that. Great product!

I really like this microwave. Would definitely recommend.

The stainless steel casing is clean and modern looking. The design with buttons on the bottom of the door is easy to use and makes the door and interior opening appear larger than the normal models with the buttons on the side.

I really like the power of this microwave but I really need to figure out how to use more of the buttons. I haven't had it long enough to really check out it's uses. I need to check out things like sensor cooking.

I love this microwave. It matches all of my other appliances; which is why after my first one died after 13 months, I bought the exact same one again. The first one had a short inside. I hope this one does not have any issues, but I wanted to keep all of my appliances the same.

Easy to clean, easy to use. Heats food very quickly. The roller that gose under the turntable seems to be a little too small.

I chose this oven be cause of the capacity, it matches my oven and fridge. It has features I like in a microwave including the keep warm feature, many power levels, defrost feature, and quick cook setting. The Samsung name is well known and reliable.

Works very well, love the enamel interior! Love the buttons on the bottom, very neat looking! Does a great job heating food.

This is a product that my family use a lot...so we need something easy to manage, reliable and efficient. This microwave over the range has those features.

To be fair, I was not expecting too much which is exactly what I got. This unit replaced a 'high end' brand that died in just under 2 years. Unit housing is very thin metal and I have to say, it's the first time I've purchased an OTR microwave that had to be modified to vent internally (that consist of removing the blower assembly and rotating it before re-installing) . Minor irritations: Touch pad requires a bit of force, display cannot be read more than a few feet away and lighting for range top is not very well distributed. Not so minor irritation: Wife HATES it. Need I say more?

I haven't had time to try out all the features as I haven't had it long. But I'm very pleased with it. Especially the power and speed.

All in all it is a great OTR microwave, received many comments as to how great it looks, but the blue clock #'s are very hard to see!

We love this product, it has a modern look and it looks great in our new kitchen. It also works much better than my old microwave.
