    Over all we have found this to be a very good product. Installation instructions were very clear which made it a quick install. Works great, much better than the ten year old product we were replacing.

    I've had a Samsung microwave from Best Buy since May 7. It's worked for about a week. Service guy sent out had no clue as I had to show him where the electronics were located. Worked exactly 3 minutes and quit. Still jumping through paper hoops to get a "qualified" service person out and its late June.

    No, I would not recommend this to a friend

    I love the upgraded amenities it provides. The butter melt button is the best and the popcorn sensor is wonderful! I love all the aspects of this over the range Samsung microwave! Very versatile!

    Has lots of cooking room in it compared to others we looked at. Heats up food quickly also. We are very impressed with it so far.

    Another wonderful Samsung product. I love the fact that the controls are at the bottom and not on the side. This makes it so much easier for me to see what I wish to do.

    Love it. Installation was a little difficult but managed to get my 12 year old daughter to help. The LED light is bright & you can clearly see the food while cooking.
