We bought this microwave because of the style and features but the circular plate inside is wobbly I want to return but it's already installed

It was a open box but I was charged for a new one. Once I got it installed it was dented. Tried to return it but they sent the squad out. Taking over three weeks to fix it, and still not fixed

I was in the market of a new microwave. I research things at least for 4-8 months before I buy anything and I have to admit after all my research and trying out 3 other different microwaves, I chose this one. This Micriwave has some features that no other microwave has. It also looks very nice, professional and state of the art design. It sure enhanced my kitchen. There is something that I miss that other microwaves have and this one does not. It is called one touch button. Like a speed dial. I.E. there is no fast minute cook. When you press the numbers 1-6, the microwave wont start up like others. Also, what dissapoints me is when you press +30 second button, the microwave wont start until you press start. Most other microwaves start without pressing start. Other than this two little annoying things, I LOVE this unit. I love the quiet fan and the LED light is awesome. It is a super bright light that NO other microwave has. Another great feature is the recessed turn table and the grey interior interior is awesome. The key pad has a great feel without that plastic look that has a glare on other key pads. This device also has three antenna's to cook and warm your food up. No other microwave has three antenna's. Overall, I give it 5 stars. It is a very nice looking microwave that actually works. Many others make so much noise when it starts up, but this one is solid and quiet. Having the controls on the bottom of the door is state of art now. Installation was easy. I do everything myself. I hope this micorwave will last me 5+ years. Most things made today are junk, even cars. I even got this on sale. Slashed by $100.00 off, so I pulled the trigger and bought it. Samsung: I hope you read this because the customers need a manual for the microwave. None of your microwaves come with manuals. What is up with that?

After the second delivery we were having trouble installing it so I called for help for my 80 father..they said if I didn't purchase that option when I first purchased it they won't help...thanks so much!

I decided on this microwave because: a. LOVE the controls being located on the bottom. b. It has four fan/vent settings. c. Shortcuts are nice. d. Keep warm function. The only fault so far is that it sticks out about 2 more inches from cupboard than my previous one had. (This is my fault for not measuring depth.) And the fan doesn't seem to have much umph but it is quiet which I like : ) I have not used the rack or the 'keep warm' function yet so not much review there. Overall It has been a nice addition to my kitchen.

The microwave heat well and is easy to use. Nice and big inside. Easy to clean inside. My only complaints (relatively minor) are that the installation was a little on the difficult side, the owner's manual is pretty much non-existent and the buttons can be hard to press sometimes. Otherwise its works well and looks good.

This microwave has it all! Easy to use, works well, and looks brilliant! I love the features such as the 4 speed venting and LED lights! This microwave is roomy and plenty big to cook multiple items on and below the rack.

This product performed wonderfully from 2012 until one week ago. 10+ years without issue! I am more that satisfied with this purchase. The latest Samsung's look good to me too.

This microwave is great. I like the bottom controls and LED light the best. It is roomy and the sensor cooking is good. I like being able to use the timer seperately from the microwave. A great purchase overall.

This microwave has it all!!!! It heats food up in less time, the buttons are easily accessible for my small children and it adds the WoW factor to your kitchen. Being a larger mw, it sticks out about 2in further than my old one but is not noticed at all. The LED lighting brightens up your entire kitchen. Its also cooks just about everything. Samsung really has outdone themselves with this one.

Sometimes the measure of a product is not that it works well but rather how the company responds when something is not right. This is the case with Samsung. I have other Samsung products and so far, the work well. This particular product worked fine for 6 months and then started having problems. It simply would not heat. The problem would go away and come back. The first company Samsung sent said they fixed it and walked off with the parts they had ordered without installing any. The next repair person, different company, said he had to take it. He brought it back pronouncing the problem fixed. 5 days later the problem started again. Samsung is sending the same people. But -- the part that they claim is the problem now (same issue) has not come in and no one has any idea when it will. Samsung will not do anything. They will not replace it unless the repairman says it cannot be fixed. They will not loan you one. They do not care if you are inconvenienced. The robots who answer the service calls -- and their supervisors - will tell you that they cannot replace it "and no one at Samsung can authorize otherwise". So beware. If you microwave or other Samsung product works well,great. But if it does not work within the warranty period, you may have a trouble getting them to fix it and they do not care.

We've had this microwave for 6 months, and it has cooked just as advertised. Very pretty. Replaced old model from a different manufacturer. One complaint is the noise the turntable makes when it cooks. I would have taken it back for replacement, but it is too hard to take down and rehang another one. Also, we have found that frozen foods thaw too fast and too hot in parts. Some might still be frozen or cold and other parts might be actually warm to the touch. Something to do with sensor cooking.

I purchased this unit in March 2012. It worked great until November. At that time, it began not heating products intermittantly. I called Samsung for service. The first service company they sent out was great to deal with. They replaced the magnatron, but told me that the Chinese and Korean made products were not designed to work more than 7 years. My first microwave worked over 20 years, but when we moved the microware that was orginally installed in the house failed after 9 years. Anyway, the unit worked fine for about a month, and then the problem began again. Additionally, the popcorn sensor failed to work (this was a great feature when working as popcorn was never burned and fully popped). This time Samsung assigned it to another repair company (A&E) that was extremely unprofessional (they set the appointment time and tell you when to be there, not being prepared, etc). After not hearing from anyone as to when the appointment was set for, I called Samsung and found out that A&E wasn't coming for 3 weeks. I had them change back to the original repair company. They came out and replaced the magnatron again. When they ran diagnositc test on the unit, they determined that it still wasn't working correctly and took it to their shop for repairs. They replaced 6 parts on it, including the control box. Less than a week after getting the unit back, it begin to only work intermittantly. I'm now going around with Samsung about getting a new unit and not having this lemon repaired.

My wife & I bought this unit to match our Samsung gas range. We have only had this unit since 1/2/2014, so we still have some experimenting to do with it. The good: It looks great and the interior cleans easily. The underside light is very nice & bright. The not-so-good: Buttons take a hard push to activate. No quick cook feature. Buttons are very hard to see.

When it was first installed it was great to use - lots of space, cooked food great, easy to use. We loved it! Then it stopped working completely in September 2013, four months after the warranty was up. We called a repairman who said the whole door had to be replaced, and maybe Samsung would honor the warranty anyway if I asked. I asked and they agreed. YEAH! They sent a new door and called a repair company - A&E - who were very unprofessional and seemed to have no idea how to fix it. When they came and installed the door, the door buttons now worked (clock, timer) but the cooking function wouldn't work. So they said it needed a sensor and I had to pay for it. So I paid, then I waited for the part to arrive before I could call for repair appt. Two weeks later they come back out - I hear the 2 repairmen talk, realizing that the "sensor" wasn't even the part they needed, then they just starting chatting with each other about a bunch of other calls, not doing anything to fix it, just wasting time. They didn't realize I could hear them and when I made a little noise from the next room they started making "fixing" noises. I left the room briefly then when I came back the 2 repairmen had just gone. We tried calling Samsung, complained to them and to A&E, asked for another appt.. Then one week later I found out Samsung just cancelled the appointment, which they had also done for both the first two appts. for some strange reason, and now they wouldn't even be honoring the warranty, for no reason. We finally called our first repairman to try and fix it but he said that the door they sent to replace the first door was also faulty. We have given up on Samsung and will NEVER BUY ANOTHER SAMSUNG MICROWAVE or any other Samsung appliance because they are horrible if you need help. PLEASE DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT. You've been warned....

We bought this to replace a GE Profile microwave that had less wattage but also less cubic feet of interior space. i am guessing that is why the same lean cuisine pizza that was perfectly cooked in the 2:45 per directions in our old microwave was not yet finished cooking in the new one... i.e. approximately same heat for a larger space= longer cook times? Now that we have the microwave installed, we are uncertain what the extra space is for... besides being somewhat obtrusive. (it juts out almost 2 inches from our cabinetry) the buttons being on the bottom is a god-send... except that they require a little more effort to push than our old GE. As noted in a previous review- there are no quick cook features, i.e. cannot press 1 and have it buzz to life cooking for one minute. between that and having to press start after the 30 second quick cook button, this microwave seems to be more time consuming in getting the cooking process started and in cooking the food, in general. we are returning this one shortly.

we decided to get a micro fan to conserve space and end problem of where to put he micowave. We hated it on the counter. So while upgrading the kitchen this was on of our final decisions, and we love it.

Vent fan is quiet, good stove top surface LED lighting, heats up food half the time of other micros we've had. Overall good Samsung quality.

The microwave somehow got damaged, it is delaminating under the door in less than 3 months. It is installed 2.5" higher than the minimum required in the installation manual over a Samsung range bought at the same time. Samsung refuses to fix it even when it is under warranty because it calls it "cosmetic" damage We are only two careful adults using it. We DID NOT do the damage, why do they refuse to pay for it? Certainly we are saying goodbye to another Samsung product.

Love the presets and the ability to cook just about anything in there and have it come out perfectly!! Love it and love how it looks in the home.
