Purchased for kitchen remodel -- like what I've seen/researched and awaiting mine

so far microwave looks nice and heats things up quickly.

This microwave is easy to use with lots of options for heating and cooking. In addition to the microwave elements, it has a broiler element that can be used to cook a variety of items.

We got this microwave to match our range in dark stainless steel. It has a very large capacity, and looks great. It claims to be 1000 watts, but seems to take longer than our previous unit to reheat meals. Popcorn takes a bit longer as well. Were still testing the power grill function, that also takes awhile to heat up. Overall a nice unit, and gets lots of compliments!

Great over the range microwave, does job perfect!!

The vent on this appliance randomly turns on all time of the day & night. It pushes buttons by itself. Occasionally it will turn on the actual microwave by itself. It terrible to hv to get up at 2 or 3 am to cut this thing off. Or even come home from wrk to find the vent has been running for who knows how long. I really hope Samsung has fixed this problem with the newer model. This is just terrible.

the microwave works well and has many new options that make it a pleasure to work with.Only complaints that the door makes a loud noise when you shut it.My other micro was much quieter.

The Microwave itself is great. I actually have no complaints and should give a 5. The only problem is that the sales guy told us it would be difficult to see the dirt, fingerprints, etc. because we chose black stainless steel. Wrong. You see them better than plain stainless steel appliances.

So far, it works great. One of the complaints is the size of the door, and I too was concerned about this, but it is not an issue at all. My biggest issue is the lack of instructions for the grill feature. Samsung should have done better.

Love the style and touch screen buttons. Great for grilling too

This is a really good microwave. We have cooked bacon, chicken legs and steaks in it using the power grill feature. it really works and looks good in the kitchen.

Really like this. Haven't used the grill feature, but anxious to try it out. Love the buttons in the glass rather than a plastic film keypad. Cooks excellently.

We picked up this model after my existing one stopped heating and started buzzing when we tried to use it. The exhaust fan is very powerful and the LED lights with 2 levels is nice also. We chose this one for the grilling element and the open box price. My wife is petite and the controls along the bottom are easier for her to reach. I like the blue display. I didn't check the measurements of our old microwave but it seems like it may extend past the cabinet a little more then the old one. I would buy again and also recommend it to my friends.

The third installation was the charm (the first two were defective) No operating manual provided. The instruction sheet provided did not reference the model purchased. Note that the original purchase date was 02 August; it took six weeks to resolve issues.

Love the way it looks. Have not really used it yet, but a few things about the install. Dimensions on this website are not correct> it is Not 18+H x 18+D. more like 16.2 (17 to filter) and 16 deep. That is a big difference.

Over all it works well. Having the door being part of all microwave make the door huge. The material can be damage and scratches easy so careful is needed. The grill works but always needs the attachment and it take long time, reason we don’t use any more and we just use a regular oven for grilling.

Love this Microwave..has so many extra features, easy to use, looks great in my kitchen. Defroster and Oven feature are fabulous. I highly recommend.

This microwave has excellent features and it's a lot more spacious compared to my old otr microwave.

Great microwave. Fan and lights are great when using the stove top. Have not had time to try the special features of the microwave. I do not have a copy of the user's manual??
