Love the sleek design, its very spacious. And the grilling feature is neat too.

This microwave oven was just delivered today. It’s the third over range microwave I’ve had in this home. This one is slightly larger than the last 2. The operation manual is nearly nonexistent. For a very expensive appliance like this with new power grilling I’m wondering why so little information on its use and operation? What’s up Samsung?

I got the microwave about 2 months. It's fabulous not only for that price also for all the features included. I can do so much more with that double option of grilling

This microwave matched perfectly with our new Samsung appliances and looks amazing in our new kitchen. My only complaints are the door is huge! I need to move out of the way to open it, also I don’t find myself using the power grill much as it’s so high up, would’ve been more useful with a convention oven instead. The microwave doesn’t warm milk up as fast as my GE 10 year old microwave did. I use to warm up milk in 1 min 20 secs, now it takes about 1 min, 50 secs. I wish it had a shortcut with 1 min, 2 min etc like my old ge did. If you want a beautiful stylish microwave go for this one!

We are still playing with the power grill features but this is a nice microwave. I wish it had one touch cooking, but that's not a big deal. The range top lights are decently bright and the exhaust fan works well. I installed this myself which went pretty smooth. Although when it comes time to mounting the physical microwave, it's a little heavy, so I recommend having help with that at least. The black stainless is nice and cleans up easily with a damp cloth or paper towel.

A very nice microwave with lots of good features. Love the amount of room inside and like the buttons on the door. The only thing I don't like is the buttons are sometimes hard to push. The lights are awesome.Very bright and lights up the whole stove.

I have moved from a whole house to a condo and the kitchen is much smaller than I'm used to. This microwave allow me to do away with my toaster oven as it can now do some of that work itself. It's beautiful looking as well as extremely useful for my knees. And the black stainless only adds to the beauty

I had to replace one that Maytag should have a year ago. This a little loud when in use. It does an awesome job and has some cool features. I got this for the grill and the controls on the bottom. I am short and these controls are easier for me to use.

The door seems a bit too wide (the whole front face is door), but otherwise a very solid product.

I had the microwave about a day and it was making noises when it was turning so I called for repair. The repairman came and said rather than fix it, I should get a new one delivered because I had it less than 45 days. He put in the order for a new one, it was delivered, the first one was removed and the new one was installed and so far -- fingers crossed -- it does not happen again. I'm fussy so I have to keep wiping off my fingerprints on the outside glass after every use . Make sure you get a copy of the instruction manual when its delivered so you don't have to go online and download it. Of course, if you go to Best Buy -- where it was purchased -- they will print one out for you.

Large and modern replacement microwave...very silent and works flawlessly

This microwave has its shortcomings, but overall it's a decent unit. For instance, the grill feature doesn't work as well as I expected. It takes about five minutes for the grill heating element to turn red...much longer than it should. Perhaps it's because I have it connected to a 15-amp circuit instead of a 20-amp. That being said, the regular microwave heats food quickly and evenly. I like all of the auto-cook features, and the install was straightforward. I purchased an open-box unit and the mounting templates were missing, which made it interesting, but I was able to make it work without too many swear words... Overall, I would recommend this unit. Just make sure to connect it to a 20-amp circuit to assure it has ample power.

We've had this microwave for about a month now, the vent works great, and I love the lights (they are a light blue tint, but on bright they light up the whole stove and on the lower setting they are great to be able to see in the dark). The only reason this isn't 5 stars is because of the way the door opens. It must swing out because when we measured the width it fits just right, but because of the door swinging out we are only able to open the microwave door about 45 degrees. Still functional, but definitely something I wish we would've realized before we purchased the microwave!

This mcrowave looks and works great. The touch screen is a nice feature.

This oven is much more than a microwave. I cooked a pizza in it and it knows when to turn off. Easy to operate and looks amazing. The grilling feature is great. I hardly use my regular oven anymore.

We had all GE before and they fell apart. We have been slowly converting to Samsung. The quality is so much better. Nice and quiet. It also has nice led lights for the range. Great buy.
