The presets for the microwave/grill combo are intuitive. The microwave only presets are spectacular. The reheat setting is amazingly good. Very glad we chose this machine.

This is listed as 1.7 kw, but that is apparently the kw for the microwave and the power grill combined. Microwave is not as powerful as my old one - I am adjusting but prefer the higher kw. I would have liked to have gotten a more informative instruction manual - one that explains more detail.

I love the sensor setting for reheating it works perfect and you dont have to guess a time. The only downside is the buttons are a little hard to figure out at first on the pressure to use.

Randomly beeps throughout the day!!

Owned for 6 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.About a few weeks ago I started hearing a random beep (several times a day/night) from the microwave and the screen displays the number 7 and instructs you to enter Start or OK. After doing some research on this issue online, I've found that this Samsung microwave has a history with this issue. I've tried unplugging it to see if the problem would go away and it would start doing it again a few days later. The buttons are a pain to work with, you would have to push (let just say the #4 button) several times before it would show up on the display. Other than those issues, I like how the microwave works and I actually grilled a steak in it, tuned out pretty good.

Awesome Microwave!

We have used the grill feature to grill bacon and bacon turned out delicious barley making a mess as opposed to cooking on the stove top! less grease also. One feature I like is the powerful and auto exhaust fan. Well worth the investment!
