Only problem so far is how high up my husband "put it. I'm 4' 10" and can't see in it. Going to get a stepladder next. lol Will update if I have any problems with the microwave.

After looking at several units I decided on this unit because of the grilling feature it offered and the black stainless look. After installing it and setting it up it seems to have a mind of it's own. At times out of nowhere it will beep and ask you to select a power setting and press the start button. This will occur at random times day or night. I've tried unplugging the unit several times and it will work correctly foe a day or 2 then start the same thing all over again. Samsung makes a great TV I thing they should stick with making TV

So far every thing that I used the grill for I had to use the tall rack that came with it and had to rearrange the food so it cooks , toast or crisps what I'm cooking. This would have been great if the heating element was a complete element instead of part of one. The grill is a big part of why I picked this one so I'm disappointed. It looks vary nice the microwave and everything else works grate. I could have bought the one just like this one with out the grill and saved some money. P.S. I used a square pan instead of a round pan so the turntable was off lol I will try that next time.

Did not like the fact that no book came with it. You pay alot of money for something, and receive no instructions, Not happy about that, had to download it...Only 2 stars for ease of use.....If your old school, how can you download. Not everyone has access to one
