This is a good microwave. Lots of space inside and heats up most things very fast. The only thing I don't like is you have to press the number buttons exactly in the center for them to accept the time.

This microwave is extremely easy to use. The one-touch buttons for quick use are outstanding. We have not tried the broiling option yet, but are looking forward to it. Also, unlike our last microwave, when heating up leftovers the ceramic dishware does not get hot like the old one did. This was a pleasant surprise.

Larger than most but get grilling function too. Very modern

When my counter top toaster/convection oven and my microwave died within a couple of days, I researched appliances and went to Best Buy to look at all. After looking at ALL appliances, I decided to try this microwave. I was really wondering how in the world a microwave could "toast". Well, to my surprise it is awesome. The first thing I did was butter some bread and toast it in the microwave. According to my husband, "it was awesome." Now, I do not have to waste counter space with a toaster or toaster oven. We love the product. There is a learning curve (especially for old people ...like me :) but that is true with any appliance. It has a cook button and as you open the door, on the right side it has everything listed so you do not have to guess. I use it several times a day. Also got the Samsung double oven (small oven at top) and it is also amazing. Thank you Best Buy and Samsung. Also, the store representative at Best Buy was very patient and assisted me greatly. Thank You!

We bought this microwave to replace our old Samsung microwave that is still working but the handle was broken. This one looks really nice with additional power+grill option. The powerful vent has 4 level, starting with the highest to the lowest. If you are using the highest vent, then start warming something in microwave, the vent will be automatically reduced to level 2 which is half way and it will not go back to level 4. This is the only issue that we have with this microwave. Otherwise, everything is working well.

Is it an oven or a microwave? Why, it’s both!! It has the qualities of a microwave and the convenience of a 2nd oven. LOVE it:)

The microwave is awesome! I like the way it looks in my kitchen and matches on my appliances. I love cooking pizza in the microwave it's like a toaster oven.

Great product, quiet and has lots of features built in.

I chose this microwave because I was looking for both an affordable and a black stainless upgrade for my appliances. I chose this model because I was interested in the grilling feature. I've found that it isn't as quick to cook with the microwave+grilling option as I was expecting, but it still works well. Overall, I am very happy with the product!

What better option that grilling in a microwave??? Was a bit hesitant at first after we had purchased and installed but was pleasantly surprised. I placed a large frozen pizza in the microwave, hit a few buttons and in no time I had crisp tasty pizza - had I known this was going to be so successful I would have not spent money on a toaster oven! We have the fridge and dishwasher in this set and all operate without issue. My only critical feedback is that there was not an instruction manual in the box (we were surprised). Gentle touch buttons and eye pleasing displays make this an upgraded touch to a designer kitchen. We are very pleased with this product and would highly recommend this to anyone looking to upgrade and get rid of that old counter top toaster oven.

After doing tons of comparison shopping, decided on this microwave. Best Buy had it in stock and at the best price! Win - Win!

Bought in Sept, by November microwave quit working. Samsung is giving me credit back, no repair place available in area. Took 3 calls to get it straightened out. Will attempt another of same product, loved it while it was working. Grill works great. Grandchildren love pizza cooked in it. Maybe next one will continue to work. Got extended warranty just in case.

This microwave works great. I had issues with the metal frame being sent and bending during installation causing me to have to get sent a replacement. Other than that, no issues.

Nice microwave- only issue is no tangible instruction booklet or guide for use.

Great oven, except for lack of good instructional manual. Lots of great features, but have not been impressed with the grilling feature.
