Overall, I am pleased with this purchase. It does a lot of really neat things but it takes some getting used to. I feel like I have to push some of the buttons pretty hard to get it to register and I do feel like simple microwaving takes longer than what I am normally used to. But some of the preset reheat features are very cool.

Very good looking black stainless steel microwave that matches with my Samsung fridge but exhaust does not get rid off all the smell.

We purchased the microwave to match the oven. Boy were we impressed what this microwave can do. You can now use the grill combination to heat your food but also not let it get rubbery or dried out. It still has all the programmability that other microwaves have and more. The presets are very useful as well.

Very high tech, works great, looks great. Don’t think I’ll ever utilize all the features but I’m happy

The microwave is fine. The grill is fair. It has no instructions on how to use it. Paperwork contained with the item says, power grill (available only on some models)???? I spent over two hours using two phones with Samsung, and didn't learn anything. Don't purchases this item for the grill unless you have a lot of time and like challenges.

Love the simplicity of the microwave. Very nice! I love that it can bbq and the fan is so very quiet

I really like the grill feature. It browns things like chicken wings and fries. Ever made either of those in a regular microwave??? Yuck. I hated having to fire up the oven on a hot day when the A/C is running. Seems like such a waste to have the A/C fighting the oven. This M/W eliminates that problem.

Bought this to replace the earlier model that finally wore out. Love the grilling option! Did not know that was even a possibility! Easy to install. And easy to clean the front. Bought ths model to match the stove we installed it ovr.

This microwave is very nice and I love it. Very nice looking and has a grilling stand to use. Inside is dark so doesn't show anything. would recommend this very much to my friends and family.

This is a very good microwave, easy to use, heats up quickly. Looking forward to using it at Thanksgiving

Good microwave Good size. Looks nice. What I don't care for is that you can't take the element off the top to clean it.

like the layout of the buttons on the bottom. The turn table is a little loud.

Controls easy to understand, just had a few days and used the defrost it worked great.

This is the first Samsung appliance that I have purchased and I'm now looking forward to doing the entire kitchen

Great microwave! I like the grill feature. My only complaint is the installation experience.

Not crazy about the buttons. Sticks out a bit much over stove, when cooking gets fogged up.
