I chose Samsung based on their reputation, quality and years of trouble free use.

I love my new microwave. Everything looks and works great. My only complaint is that I waited two weeks for them to come out and install it and when the got here they wouldn't put it in because they said they would need to move a wire and would need someone else to do that. I told them i wasn't waiting any longer that i will do it my self. Even though the install was given free. I think i should have been reimbursed something for haveing to do it myself.

It works well. It was an easy install. I hope it last longer than the last one.

Looks nice, is still in the box, very well packed if you are having it shipped, will update.

Nice Unit and Size sometimes it seems to be light on Power

The door slams shut no mater how easy you try to close it. And I was unable to scan the postage stage stamp and even if you do Will have to reference to your cell phone , there is no cooking instructions book it’s a trial and error deal I really didn’t have much choice I needed one to match my stove Samsung 5 burner stove

To complete my black stainless steel appliance set, I selected this microwave. The fact that it is installed above my range brings all of my cooking options in one convenient location. The large capacity and different cooking options provide ease of use.

I purchased this as a combo with other appliance. I was a but concerned after reading reviews however this was a perfect buy. Zero issues and it works flawlessly. I recommend this model to everyone because of performance and space

Microwave seems to work well. Looks great. But this is not finger print resistant. We have the Samsung finger print resistor fridge that is truly resistant. This shows every print. We bought open box excellent. It did not come with any mounting hardware. We were told it would so this was a downfall but not on Samsung.

This is a luxury version OVR microwave from Samsung. It makes your kitchen look luxurious. However, you should measure your kitchen to make sure this one fits your kitchen.

We had been wanted a new microwave and I wanted to get rid of our toaster oven for more counter space. This microwave is amazing the grill feature was the selling point for us and it really makes this microwave amazing.

heats food evenly wish i hadn't gotten the broiler feature if something splatters it's very hard to clean around coils must be diligent about covering some things to prevent splatter minor problem when pushing buttons sometimes you have to push several times for it to take don't know why

This is like having a toaster oven and a microwave all in one. The first night I had it I made grilled cheese and soup with one button and it was perfect. It is also nice and big to fit a large pan to bake in. I love it

great product from Samsung. love that it has a rack to heat up two plates rather than just one and its easy to clean and use. i absolutely love this microwave.

I bought this microwave because they said it would grill just like outside and it actually does! Did Lobster tails in it and was amazed how well it actually worked! Just like out side!

Had a party took a chance on this guy and what a surprise, it was able to help me add more food selections for our guest. I am still learning more of its functions. No issues, lots of features.
