Customer Ratings & Reviews

Beautiful, powerful, sleek, huge capacity, easy to clean! Love the controls along the bottom!

THANK YOU BEST BUY!! Our first microwave that was delivered had some flaws. After informing Best Buy they quickly shipped us out another one with no hassle. Our new microwave is perfect! Big shout out to George the delivery driver and his partner for their kindness and professionalism.

Love it , part of a matching set. Not hard ti clean

A little above what I had expected for an open box microwave appliance. Very clean and pretty decent. Even though, the website said some parts might be missing, in my case no parts were missing.

Love it! Not only does it look super slick, it operates wonderfully.

Generally a Pretty Great Microwave. Consistent heating and settings, popcorn was almost perfect. Hard to get used to numbers not to the right of the door handle.

The microwave was delivered the day that it was promised. It was pretty easy to install. It is working great. So pretty satisfyed

I love the modern look of this microwave with no visible handle.

I really enjoy having a convection microwave than a standard one it has more features. The staff was well knowledgeable about this appliance. Plus Samsung was on sale and was in stock at time of purchase.

This is what new tech is all about. The cross functionally of this microwave is superb! It looks sharp, heats everything evenly and cooks so many different things to list. If you are in the market for a new microwave this is it! Don’t hesitate order!

This microwave sure is pretty! We purchased the black stainless steel. It is really big on the inside . It comes with a removable rack that gives you the options to cook two separate items if you like . It also come with a really pretty blue interior that is really easy to clean . You will not be disappointed with this purchase!

Geek squad installed this one. Looks great and works like a charm

Excellent microwave, love the rack! Soften, thaw and popcorn settings work perfect. Easy to clean inside and out. Door has a wide swing which may be a consideration for installation. Used Best Buy professional installation and had a very positive experience. Installer was professional and adhered to covid safety guidelines.

This is a really great value. The design and look fit right in with our kitchen. The settings are easy to use. The light over the stove top is really off good quality.

My old microwave gave out after 3yrs. I went shopping for a new one and got these Samsung to match my fridge. Works great. The e extractor is really good the door has the command panel which is something new but nice.

Easy to use controls and menu for many different heating and debating options. I was shocked when I saw it came with a metal rack inside for two tier heating options.

We ordered the matching fridge and dishwasher but the microwave is by far our favorite, we love them all but the microwave has so many cool features. It defrosts meat so fast. There are never any cold spots in anything. So beautiful too. Now we just need the matching stove / oven!

I love the microwave. The only thing that was disappointing was the white color. It’s not a ‘real’ white like the rest of my white appliances. It’s got a slight grayish tinge to it.

Bought this microwave to replace 12 yr old LG. Arrived sealed box, when opened missing part inside oven and small dent on door. Microwave is not as strong even though it is the same 1000 wattage as the LG. Took 15 sec longer. Having it replaced, will update after second one installed

It has all the functions perfectly and has zero outside crud-collectors (handle). The white glass is actually brilliant white on the microwave.
