Clicking fan noise intermittently when microwave is active(not from the exhaust fan). The unit also randomly loses power on longer cook cycles(over 5 min), and won't power on again for 20+ minutes(not breaker or outlet issue). Aside from those deal-breakers, it's quiet when in use(when not making the clicky fan noise), and it cooks evenly. I especially liked the two LED lights that brightly illuminate the range below. Exhaust fan is effective, and has multiple levels of speed. TotalTech support post-installation had been an utter disaster.

Sleek looking microwave that needs touch panel imp

As much as we are happy with other 3 microwave we felt like returning back to best buy same week we got it. It is loud, it is close to impossible to keep clean. One other problem that I was aware off before buying thinking maybe it was one in the few that were not good was actual control panel and buttons. It takes us on average 5 sometimes even 10 times to click and get any reaction from the panel. Lights and fan especially are hard to get it to work. Worried about quality of this microwave. It looks great and matches rest of appliances but would not recommend it for heavy use in large household.

Smart Over-the-Range Microwave with Convection & Slim Fry™ in Black Stainless Steel is perfectly designed. It easily fit in my current space, setup was a breeze thru the Smart Things app and it matches perfectly with my Samsung Fridge. The Black Stainless Steel color is very classy looking and compliments my décor. The microwave is spacious inside and the ceramic Enamel Interior is easy to clean. Operation of the microwave is easy, the multiple options (Auto Cook, Grill, Keep Warm) are just a few additions that give me different ways to cook my food. Using the Slim Fry feature is as simple as pressing a button and selecting your desired # and my food is evenly cooked, crisp and never burned/dry. The fan isn't noisy and the bright lights under the microwave fully illuminates the stove and helps me keep sight of what's on the stove as I'm cooking. The first came dented in two spots and installed incorrectly. The second one, although appearing new out of the box, was missing enamel on the bottom left corner. So much enamel was missing it was bare metal. The third microwave delivered, also appearing new out of box, has the same enamel defect in bottom left corner. This seems to be a design flaw from Samsung.
