    Had this item only for 1 yr 3 months and it just broke down today. My hubby used the exhaust fan and light from the microwave oven for about 30 min while cooking dinner, and all of a sudden heard 3 beeps, screen showed -5E- or -SE- and just won't work anymore no matter what u press. The money i spent on this wasn't worth it at all. I'm very disappointed.

    It came with the Samsung brand name shifted. Very annoying. Since I pay an electrician to install it I have to remove and pay again for installation. I purchased all my major appliances from Samsung. Disappointed with the service

    It has not been even 2 years. SE error code shows up and none of the control panel buttons are working now. It is out of warranty and the technician I called says it will take more than $600 to replace the door. I need to find another microwave now.

    Mehhhh. I had this same microwave that was a couple year older at my previous house. The spinning plate doesn’t stay on this one nor did it stay on the last version. I was hoping it would be different with this one, but it isn’t overall it does serve its purpose, but it won’t spin without coming off track, which affects the heating of the items I put in.

    I had to change them 2 times because I gave the code SE The day of the installation gave that code SE They changed it for me about a week And the other one they brought me about 10 days later gave the same problem again I don't recommend it I had to change models I bought the other Samsung, the despoke that one is very good for the moment.

    I would give it a zero if possible. Delivered on 1-28-21 and now shows the SE code of death. What a piece of junk. No idea what I can do about it. Awful.
