    This was a replacement oven for another Samsung oven that failed after one year. Our old model was discontinued. WOW we were lucky. This new oven outperforms the old one in every way.

    microwave is 1000 watts so it has plenty of power. it has sensor cooking like popcorn,etc IT does a good job. IT looks classy in the kitchen.

    When microwave was installed it w ouldnt work. The heating element wouldnt work so had to call for repair on our brand new microwave. Service was quick and we were told the element goes out all the time. Not what I want to hear about our new purchase. Hopefully we have no more issues.

    This is a great looking and overprice microwave. Samsung should really stay out of the “Kitchen Appliance” business and stick to making TV’s, and electronics; they are really good at Electronics.
