First, the BestBuy end: I initially chose this item for store pickup at which BestBuy totally failed to deliver. I cancelled and re-ordered the same washer for home delivery, which took a month. Once delivered I easily installed it following the manufacturers instructions. The washer performs well in terms of cycle time and cleanliness of the clothes. Unfortunately, despite being installed and leveled to manufacturer specs, the unit shakes so hard —- even at the lowest spin speed setting— that it’s felt two floors away. I wouldn’t recommend this washer to my worst enemy.
