Best washer I have ever owned , Cleans great , Very quiet , Clothes come out almost dry from the fast spinning , just hang for a short time - I dont have to use the dryer .

Good size for a small closet. Needs a separate electric outlet 120V. Noise at reasonable levels when working. Stackable with a dryer. Needs stackable brackets.

We purchased this and the matching electric dryer to replace our horrible 4 yr old top loader. We've had excellent experiences with front loaders in the past and loved how they perform but we needed a set with this capacity to fit our small laundry room. We ordered the delivery and set up for the set - delivery was reasonably fast. The pair were set up and the installer started the required test run on the washer. Before it was finished they left and we waited for the cycle to finish. When the draining started, water was spraying from the mid section of the drain hose from a small hole, obviously damage or a defect. I immediately called the installer and he said he would call customer service to notify them and they would contact me. They called and asked if I wanted the pair replaced but we thought they could just replace the hose. Days later, the tech came and said the hose would take a week to arrive but a new set would arrive within days. We thought if we bought a replacement hose and replaced it ourselves, we could finally do laundry that was piling up. Nope! The back panel needs to come off first! We were so frustrated at that point we chose to return them both. We were not impressed with how the whole Best Buy/Samsung experience went and we weren't going to do it again! We purchased a similar GE set from a different retailer and couldn't be happier. We realize defective parts happen but "some" retailers should re-think their customer service guidelines in these circumstances......maybe require the installer to wait until test run is complete? And push the repair up to a priorty to keep their customers? Too late for us Best Buy, we won't be back for anything. That's too much money spent to do it all over again!

Best buy was great. I had a stacked washer and dryer. I had issues with the washer, so I went online and ordered the new one. The process was easy and it came in ahead of the projected arrival time. I was very pleased with the service.
