Great for the price. had a minor scratch, but no worries! The store gave us an additional 10% discount so it ended up being a steal. 10/10 would recommend !

Works great. I like the small size of it- looks compact. I don’t know why they put a full song when the load is done, a simple bip would have worked fine as well. That’s the only Down side

I tried to buy larger one but this is only I can get since my closet is so small. Yes, it’s small, like for a single person or a couple without any kids. We’re family of three, but wash frequently so this little guy works for us. Only downside is a melody it plays every time the circle ends. I turned it off when it started annoying me. Other than that, it’s a decent washer.

We will never buy a Best Buy product ever again!
The washer and dryer were delivered as promised. However, we encountered a problem, searched the instruction manuals, and tried to contact Best Buy Customer Service. We received recorded messages to contact Samsung directly. The international calling center (Philippines, China, Hong Kong?) only said, "you have a one-year warranty," and kept repeating it. We reiterated that we wanted to contact Customer Service here in Eau Claire but they would not or could not complete our simple request. We subsequently got in the car and went directly to Best Buy, talked to an associate,, and the issue was settled to our satisfaction. Warning to future customers....do not expect that you can call Eau Claire's Customer Service and expect a live, responsible associate to help you. Their international calling center is a joke, In addition, their Samsung washer and dryer instruction manuals are lacking helpful info; it suggests you go online to the Samsung website for information....that should be in the user's manual.

I recently purchased this Samsung washer/dryer combo from the Best Buy in Signal Hill, and what a fail all around. There are other items you'll need to purchase in addition to the washer and dryer and the salesperson helping me was confident I had everything I needed. Unfortunately she was wrong.
When the delivery guys arrived, they informed me that I was missing the stacking kit. The sales person failed to add that to my list. The delivery guys didn't have a stacking kit, so I had to call Best Buy, explain what happened, and wait days for the stacking kit and another installation team to arrive (which required me to rescheduled my personal and work life twice). Amateur hour.
Best Buy - train your appliance team, or just stop selling appliances altogether. Or better indicate on your website what will be needed in addition to the washer and dryer (plug set for the dryer, stacking kit etc...)
