It was good but it didn't fit my closet so I have to return, Also it is 220V while drier is 120V. so make sure that you have two different outlets when you purchase this package ( washer + drier),

I want replace my washer guide a long time, and I looking for many stores, finally I decided Best Buy store, I fell very satisfactory for my decision.

I purchased this washer with Best Buy installation recently. The installers really struggled to put this one in because of the drain hose. It is about a foot too short to reach the drain box in the wall (which is at the exact right height) when installing stacked into a closet. Since the description of this item mentions "stacked" and "closet installation", this is a pretty big deal. If it were not for the stacked dryer, it would be possible to lean over and put the drain hose in last. The Best Buy installers removed the security screw that maintains the minimum height of the hose up the back of the machine to avoid siphon-backs. This possibly voided the warranty but they said they don't have any other way to install.

I purchased professional installation. They set the washer up quickly and efficiently, and tested it before they left. It's a good washer. My only issue with it is the capacity. I have to be careful not to fill it too much or it has issues with the water filling and draining.
