Old monitor went out after 10 years. Got this one on sale, does everything it needs to do. Does have nice "eye saver" screen setting which is easier on the eyes in darker rooms

The screen was easy to install and is lightweight. Perfect for me who needs to carry it to and from school and home at least once a week. Also the screen is not reflective.

Got this so that I could have dual monitors for a work-at-home job and it is so beneficial! It took a little getting used to, but it is great! Picture clarity is perfect!

I have owned quite a few Samsung monitors and have always found them to be very reliable. I've had my 24" work monitors for petty close to 12 years. No trouble at all.

Went in to get a specific monitor I had researched to replace an old 20" with VGA connection, wanting HDMI for better resolution. The 23" I had researched wasn't in stock anywhere in the city. The Samsung 21.5" was on the shelf. Used Windows 10 optimization wizard to set it up and when done, font was so faint it could barely be read. I had to experiment for 1/2 hr to find something acceptable, and even with that fonts are worse than the 10 year old monitor I retired. However, streaming video is better, which I would have expected with HDMI connection

I have had a number of Samsung products over the years and have never had a problem with any of them. I've had this monitor for 6 months and am very pleased with it.

No issues with it at all, works exactly as needed, I could go a little larger in size for what I'm doing but that's nothing to do with the quality of this monitor

Don't remember the name of the young sales associate but he was very helpful, candid and honest about my choosing and purchasing the monitor for my aging desktop.

Product is very clear and reliable. This is also great for anytime you want to use Windows 10 dual screen program. Very unhappy with the service on this visit.

Our monitor had seen it's better days and so we looked on line at Best Buy and found a really great deal on this new Samsung monitor. It is a great product.

The HDMI connection provided more flexibility than just a VGA connection allowing for various types of electronic equipment to be used.

We bought this thinking it was going to fix our computer issue, but we had to buy a new tower instead. Never used this product but it looked great

Purchased this monitor to go along with a work computer in a home office. The resolution is great and the connection speed is wonderful as well.

It does what a monitor should. Good color and clarity. I have a rather small area and the "eye saver mode" is great to cut down some of the glare.

I purchased this monitor for dual screen setup. The monitor did not included DVI cables. I had to purchase it separately which was an extra step required on my end.

Easy to install, good image quality, there is an option to change brightness, easy to work with, very light weighted, doesn't take much space.

I love this monitor, I had doubts in the beginning but I'm glad that I bought this because I use this as my second monitor and it's really huge.

This is a pretty good item and I got the best deal as well. I can connect both my personal and work laptops together it also helps my vision
