    Dont buy if you need to VESA Mount

    Purchased the monitor to VESA mount on wall. The item states VESA compatible however it will fit a limited number of mounts because of the design. The mount that holds the stand to monitor does not remove completely from the back of the monitor this presents a problem as it cannot sit tight against the wall. It causes the monitor to have to sit several inches away from the wall. Make sure your mount will fit befor purchasing. The monitor perform subpar and I fell like its expensive for the quality and your just paying more for the name.

    I am putting mine on a movable arm system. But when I waited till that came in, I had to prop up the front a good inch to make them easy to view.

    Black outlining computer interface disappointing

    If I would have seen the thick black frame outlining the actual blue computer interface on this monitor in the online ad, I wouldn't have bought it. It was on sale, so I thought I would give it a try. Fortunately, Best Buy is great about returns, so that wasn't a problem. There are too many great monitors on the market without wasted black space all around the monitor's perimeter.

    Decent Screen, Hard to Read

    The screen itself is decent, however I intended using it to read articles with it as a secondary screen. The text clarity is very poor over HDMI and strains your eyes. It does have an "eye safety" mode that helps, however I still have to constantly zoom.

    This monitor displayed text with varying degrees of thickness. I typed 3 exclamation points in a row - 2 were "normal" and the third looked bolded. We purchased another monitor and had the same problem. Purchased an HP monitor and there was no issue.

    Cannot figure out how to shut off the monitor

    The monitor works fine, except that we have not been able to determine how to turn it off short of unplugging the device. The instructions included with the monitor were fine for installing the monitor, but not for explaining how to turn it off.

    Not made for mounting to wall

    Picture and function are fine,I bought this to mount on the wall. I had to hack saw off the stand bracket to get it to mount flush. If your looking for a wall mountable monitor I would look at another brand and/or model.

    First bought it to go with our new computer it worked great for 3 weeks then after an update flickered black when we turned the computer on. Sending it to the manufacturer hopefully it can be fixed or replaced...

    Bot a new computer that only had a connection for an HDMI screen. Bought the Samsung because it specifically said it was HDMI and it does not come with an HDMI cord. it was an optional purchase. Very unhappy

    The monitor seems to work okay but if you need to contact Samsungs customer service team...they are the ABSOLUTE WORST customer service team on the planet. After you make a purchase Samsung will do things like... send coupons for out of date products. When you try to call back hou will get the Texas customer service location.....it becomes your worst nightmere. I SAY...GO FOR ANOTHER BRAND....NOT SAMSUNG. Customer service drops the rating to a all time one. If i could give a zero....I would.

    Fits well on my work desk,and screen is great for working with Windows 10 programs. Like that it is non glare, has HDMI port and good control of the backlight for different working conditions. Not alot of frills but just what I needed for my pruposes.

    After I connect my new monitor I saw a vertical green line on it. I felt I waste my time opening the box and installing something that is broke. When I went to the store to get my money back they told me that they only can give a credit for that. Well, I lost my time going to return the monitor again . I didn't receive anything as a compliment or something.

    The Bellevue store got a bad batch of these monitors. Got one... that didn't work... returned it to store... I tested two others at store... made them open up the package and see if it worked... and two of them did not work. It was a bad batch of monitors. Glad we checked a few more before I took them back to try and use.
