The stainless steel is always smudged from fingerprints. It looks great when it's clean but with a family of 5 it is constantly being touched. The fridge works fine-I just really don't like the Fingerprint issue!

There are three dents in upper right door upon delivery. The delivery people took picks and reported. Have not yet heard how to repair. Would like this addressed. Virus has made this difficult to address.

Bought this as an open box item at almost half price. So far so good. Its not very loud at all. I do hear the gurgling noise as mentioned in other reviews but its very faint and doesn't bother me. No problems with the icemaker yet, fingers crossed!

I went from a side by side to this and I love it! There is so much space. Also love the SmartThings app!

Switched the latest LG 4 door model for this. Very happy so far in the short time I have had this, the doors are light and close quietly without slamming the whole frig. Water dispenser is contained and water won't spill out onto my kitchen hardwood flooring unlike the LG model. Very quiet and the 4 door flex option helps us utilize the space efficiently for a counter depth.

Easy access to items with it's showcase door. Love that you can change temperatures from freezer to refrigerator temperatures.

Make certain to have 1/4th inch on both sides for ease of install. Unit came with a ding on the freezer door directly out of the box. Previous delivery had a torn freezer gasket and a cracked door bin. Very poor quality control by Samsung.

Our 13 year old refrigerator died so we went to Best Buy and purchased this refrigerator. No regrets. Love the color and flexibility.

I love my Samsung refrigerator. It looks pretty and one of the tallest models out there. The feature of having the extra small door to access your food is utilized every day. The ability to change one compartment to a refrigerator or freezer is awesome.

I love everything about this refrigerator-the door in the door, the four doors, flex space and the finish.

Love how sleek the fridge looks. At first, I wasn't sure how I felt about the no handles, but I am getting used to it and I love it. The fridge material feels cheap and light (how all new appliances feel nowadays), my door came with a dent.

I have nothing but good things to say about my fabulous new refrigerator. I use 3 sections for refrigeration and 1 for freezer. Lots of drawer space in all sections for fresh veggies, meats, cheese, and frozen items. Temperature is easily adjustable. Some of the door shelves are a bit narrow, but I found that smaller bottles like hot sauce and salad dressing work nicely here. Make sure you measure the height of your space, we had to cut the cabinet to get it in. Worth every penny.

Great design. We really use the flex space more than we thought we would. Fits perfectly in our new construction home.

This item claims it is finger print proof coated and it is not, I have been through 4 different ones and they clearly show all finger prints. For the price you pay, this is ver disappointing.

love everything except the ice maker. the icemaker is horrible. it requires defrosting about once a week (two if you are lucky) or it will become jammed and frozen in place and stop making ice. the ice maker cannot be defrosted separate from the rest of the appliance so it requires careful planning. fridge looks nice though.

We looked at a lot of high end fridges. We were looking for black stainless steel and liked the color of the Samsung over the others. The user interface is intuitive and easy to read. The filter is easily accessible and very easy to change. We especially like the Flex Zone feature that provides more freezer or fridge space as our needs change. We are looking forward to keeping Thanksgiving foods frozen until it is time to store the leftovers in the extra fridge space.

Just wish the ice cubs were a bit larger. Took a few days to make enough ice. Looks awesome in our kitchen.

Love the counter depth and the flex zone but it is a little small. Good for 1-2 people. If my kids were home we would be hurting for fridge space. The "shelves" in the door are very tight and basically useless.

In love with our new fridge, got an awesome deal and look amazing in our kitchen. Just what we need it.

Counter depth is the way to go. Being able to use the lower doors as fridge or freezer is great.
