We really like this refrigerator. Its sleek and almost silent.

We decided for this fridge in our kitchen and looks wonderful. Opted to have the flex set as fridge and get a small stand-up freezer, best idea ever. Everything looks neat and organized.

We saw that fridge and it was the one we were looking for. The sales associate gave us a really good price since it was an open box and had 2 dings in the door. The fridge works great

Great product. Only issue is keeping it clean.....

First, this was an open box purchase. The item was delivered with more damage to the front than we had agreed to purchase (open-box). Best Buy agreed to give us a $250 gift card but would not fix the broken ice maker. After a few more days of being given a run around I returned to the store for the 6th time in seven days to have them return the junk they tried to sell us. The salesperson was able to offer a brand new model at "cost" and I accepted its once my wife really likes this fridge and we had already moved our 4 year old fridge to the lower level. Ughhhh! Then to top it off the new fridge delivery time was incorrect from what we thought so we are still waiting on our new fridge....a complete mess and truly poor customer service..the worst actually!

I am hopeful that it will be great!!! I will have it delivered on May 3. I am so looking forward to receiving it.

I love this fridge. Never would have bought at full price, but with it being open box and half off plus an extra 20% off, we could not pass it up. Am very happy we got it!!!!

I love the exterior and the showcase. It's really fancy.

Was hesitant to get the counter depth model due to interior space. There is plenty of room inside the refrigerator. Holds lots of food. Also, fits nice with the cabinets.

It’s a great refrigerator with excellent features. Like the LED lights and the lower half of the fridge that can be used either as a freezer or a refrigerator.

The refrig would be nice. It arrived with dent in side and big ugly very noticeable dent on front right side of door. I was told new door would be ordered. I have not heard a word. The installers were very good!

I love this fridge. Love the doors and the showcase feature. Best Buy service is the worst but the guys who brought it were awesome and the fridge is great.

Love the way this looks and the fact that you can have three drawers as refrigerator and one as freezer plenty of storage for a four person family

This fridge works well with our needs, changing the lower freezer to a fridge really helps with using space well since we don't have that much frozen food.

The sleek hidden handles look nice and this refrigerator offers a lot of function and flexibility which is just what we were looking for. Would highly recommend this!

the buying experience was great. the tablet is easy to use, user friendly. The writing capability makes it useful for note taking.

Great having the extra freezer compartment for the holidays, then back to regular 3 part refrigerator 1 part freezer. this done by a simple touch of a button.

Everything we ever wanted in a refrigerator; we are keeping it as we remodel our kitchen, as it is something we don't want to replace!

A little difficult to get used to all of he different doors but it all works well once organized. Can see everything. Nothing hide I the back
