The refrigeration unit went out in 15 months which doesn't say much for this product. I had to fight with Samsung for more than 3 months to get the old refrigerator replaced despite the fact that it was under warranty. Extremely poor customer service from Samsung. I love the style of this refrigerator but hate the company. I can only hope I don't have the same problem with this model.
