Noisy water/ice maker

The motor started to make a loud noise and water began splattering everywhere. After removing the cup from the dispenser, the motor in the door kept making a loud noise and wouldn't stop. Geek Squad won't be available for another 5 days. In the meantime, I'm worried the motor will burn out at some point. Ugh... I'm very disappointed with my first Samsung refrigerator.

I like flexible quadrant. Showcase feature seemed like a nice idea but seldom used. Owned for three years, runs much quieter than last refrigerator, but would not buy again
