I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER SAMSUNG PRODUCT FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE!!!!!!!!!

Terrible customer service

Didn’t notice its about 2 inches taller than average. Wouldn’t fit in the spot in the kitchen. Exchanged it with Best buy for another Samsung refrigerator. Came 2 days later, they picked up the this one. NEVER received a refund. Didn’t realized it until the bill came. Called multiple times. The always are going to check the warehouse. Waited on hold one time for an hour while they were supposedly working on it then disconnected. Each time you call you get a difference operator to tell you story to. They never have any notes from prior call. WARNING: Big company – no personalize service……..
