I love this refrigerator! Struggled with the decision to go with counter depth but so glad I did! There is plenty of room for my family of 5! The unit is so quiet I don’t even know it’s running!

The Samsung showcase model looks and performs very well.

is not fingerprint resistant! aside from that, great product.

4 door refrigerator RF28M9580S/Ice Maker leaking/SS Doors rusting My ice/water dispenser is leaking internally and has caused the door to rust at the bottom of the dispenser and all along the bottom of the door. Just over a year old and customer service don't even care this problem started a few months ago. They're saying it is a few days out of warranty and is not there problem. I will never buy any Samsung product ever again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Love it, but very slow ice production, which is the only reason I give it 4 stars!

The look of this fridge is amazing and I love the organized shelves for the freezer but I really wish it had a pull out drawer for cheese, lunch meat and kids snacks below the fruit and veggie drawers like our older fridge. The ice maker is also loud at times which I didn’t really expect.

Love the look and functionality of our fridge.. It is so sharp and well though out. Nice and bright inside. The flex zone feature is fantastic. Fridge even sends me email alerts if door stays open too long!

We love everything about this fridge. We have had it for a little over a year now and it has worked great, For a counter depth fridge, there is a lot of space in it.

Great space! Great features! Ice box doesn't produce enough ice though because it's small. The good thing about it being small though is that it gives more fridge space. It's a catch22.

So far so good. This unit is replacing a less than one year old four door LG counter depth refrigerator that kept frosting up in the freezer section in spite of four repair trips and many replacement parts. I like everything about this except that there is a lot of chrome on the door handles and that shows fingerprints, etc..

Awesome fridge. Ultra quiet, can not even hear it run. Great flexibility on space. Only down fall is the hinge design on the doors. Make sure you have extra space side to side to open doors.

I am very impressed with the performance of this fridge...my veggies stay fresher longer. Never thought I use the showcase door, but now cant live without it.

Love the flexibility of the bottom right door and the shelves that adjust. My son loves the showcase door that he uses to get the milk out several times a day!

Really sleek, good-looking fridge. Trade off for counter-depth is lack of cubic feet and smaller ice-maker. Just have to decide personally if the look is worth the trade off to you. Shows fingerprints some, but very easy to clean compared to regular stainless steel

Both times we've lost power (the first time 2 days after it was delivered), the display/temperature came back on blinking. We immediately called Samsung and have been informed that the unit is still cooling/freezing during this time (in case it goes out when we are not home). We shall see.....

Samsung innovation is excellent for the refrig. Four doors is the way to do with the showcase feature and the FlexZone. Only downdraw is the companion app. The app needs serious help.

Awesome fridge! Being counter depth added so much room to our kitchen! Would recommend measuring twice though, had take the cabinet down and cut it inn half to make fridge fit right

The Samsung Flex Showcase is an awesome product! Looks good, fits well as counter depth option and love the flexibility it offers. The showcase is a great convenient feature.
