Fits perfectly under my cabinets. The counter depth and recessed handles gave a lot more floor space in my narrow kitchen despite being almost 5 cu.ft. more capacity than the unit it replaced. The built in filtered water pitcher is a stealthy space saver as well. Retractable shelves and quiet operation are a big bonus.

We purchased this refrigerator to replace one that was as deep as it was wide. It made the kitchen feel smaller. This Samsung counter-depth made the kitchen feel larger. What really sold my wife was the lack of handles so that it's style matches the flat-front dishwasher right next to it.

This is a beautiful refrigerator. It has unique bells and whistles that most don’t have. I like the in door water pitcher as well as the adjustable shelves that slide backwards to allow for tall items. The middle flex drawer is also a bonus feature.

Great refrigerator- many great features. Love the cold water That always refills. Only downfall is the fingerprints that constantly show up.

Like the color of the black stainless steel also the no handles on the door also it look Sharp like the extra water container inside the fridge to make flavored drinks

We were originally informed the middle drawer could be used as a freezer or refrigerator option but that was inaccurate. This drawer is only a refrigerator option but you can adjust the temperature to store specific types of food items that benefit from cooler temperatures. For examples fresh meat vs white wine vs deli meat. I actually like this feature better. Ice maker makes small ice cubes. A nice feature is a built in pitcher for infused water which refills on its own! Overall a good refer.

I love counter depth. Really nice refrigerator overall. Not a big fan of the water pitcher in the door as I'd prefer more storage since it's a counter depth fridge that already has less space

We purchased this refrigerator in a bundle. I love, love the sleek look, counter depth and unique features. Having said that, I have to say it is a hard pass. We are returning this fridge for a completely different brand/model. It's sad to say that the ice maker is the deal breaker. We have contacted Samsung for reset/repairs even Geek Squad at Best Buy. I even had a Samsung rep say if I am that unhappy I should return the fridge, which is what we are doing. The ice maker fills ONE tumbler a day. The rest of the day we are fighting over the few cubes it produces. If you want to go back to ice cube trays, maybe this product is for you? Not me. For this much money, it is a huge disappointment. After having so much trouble, I read many reviews about this terrible ice maker. Reviews going back a few years so I guess I can assume Samsung has chosen not to correct the problem. We have to keep using this fridge until our new one is delivered and the longer I have it, I know we would not be happy with it. For the money, I would recommend a different refrigerator.

We purchased this refrigerator for our new house and we had to modify the cabinets above the fridge in order for it to fit. The door hinge is about 5 inches deep, and that was not mentioned in any of the reviews or description. I originally assumed the door hinge would be about two inches deep, but there are all sorts of electronics contained in the hinge. Nevertheless, the fridge is great and looks fantastic. The auto-fill water container seemed like it would be useless at first, but it is extremely convenient. The ice maker has been fast enough to keep up with my household of two and any guests that come over. I have not had a problem with fingerprints whatsoever, but I do not have children. Highly recommended.

Great fridge with lots of compartments.Love the smooth look without the handles. The only issue I have is that it says fingerprint resistant but all the fingerprints show up. They are easier to clean but they are still there.

Purchased fir our new home, the only down fall it doesn’t make lots of ice. But every thing else is great. Cleans right up with windex.

It’s a good refrigerator, two issues that I faced with. 1- ice crashed 2- there is no app to control temperature by phone

Because there are no visible handles, there are fingerprints everywhere. Very odd to close door by grabbing underneath.

I’m so glad we purchased this refrigerator! My wife really wanted the no handles. We replaced a side-by-side and it seems like there is more room. The water diffuser was a nice add on. The drawer is a nice feature for quick bites. Great purchase.

Great fridge with all the bells and whistles. Downfall is the ice maker. Other than that no issues!!!

The refrigerator is an awesome addition to my modern kitchen. I'm not going to lie. The no-handles takes a bit to get used to but for me it's worth it for the look. I LOVE the individual drawer! We use it for soda and water and I love that we don't have to open the fridge very often. We are empty nesters and don't cook a heck of a lot so we don't jam pack our fridge so it is a perfect size for us. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I wish the shelves were more adjustable. I do love the stainless trim on the shelves. Very classy!

Had this delivered about a week ago, the delivery crew was very professional and helpful, had them install and hook up new water line. Went over the major features with my wife. So far this frig has been great. A lot of room inside, love the refillable water pitcher. Quiet operation.

Our new Samsung refrigerator is awesome. The clean lines (no handles) make it ultra attractive. Every thing about it works perfectly. The ice machine and water dispenser are easy to use and do NOT make a mess. It’s not noisy although you can sometimes hear the ice machine load.

Had a 10 year old LG side by side. Ran fine, but because of interior space restrictions, not practical. Samsung took same exterior space but picked up nearly 3 cu ft and very practical configuration. No handles are great with grandkids. Stainless Steel surface much easier to clean than LG.
