I love my new fridge , it gas that slick design to match my cabinets . Love the automatic water filler inside . Although it took a while to come in . I purchased back in September and just now received it November 20 but I still love it

Good freezer space. We like the counter face with no handles. Great to have icemaker inside refrigerator and not in the refrigerator door.

Fridge is very sleek looking, we have plenty of room. Only complaint is the ice maker, it broke within the first week and it's yet to be fixed.

Happy with the purchase, delivered on time and installation was flawless. Only concern was the local store wouldn’t take any phone calls and we had to call a National number to confirm the delivery date and time

Samsung refrigerator fits nicely along side of your counter cabinets, but the space specifications listed for this unit states a 70" height and this unit measures 70.3" I had to modify my installation because of this error listed on the spec sheet and it extended my install time by 3-hours just to make the unit fit.

I have had this for several years now, it is superb looking fridge. No handles makes it very attractive but love the middle compartment for smaller items, here i keep my son's energy drinks so that he doesn't have to open the upper section of the fridge. We all love it.

Really nice refrigerator. It has a drawer that can either freeze or just be cool and I really love the auto filled water carafe.

Ice maker and reliability issues combined with terrible support make this an awful refrigerator. It’s very pretty with good internal lighting and neat features. The ice maker started freezing over and accumulating ice about 6 months after purchase. The weekly manual defrost with a hairdryer just became part of life and I was highly disappointed. However, the fridge still performed well otherwise until the compressor completely failed at about the 3 year mark. The fridge includes a 1 year full warranty and then a 5 year parts/labor warranty for the sealed refrigeration system and 10 years parts/5 labor for the compressor. After MANY calls to Samsung, a certified technician coming out and diagnosing the bad compressor at $100 expense to me and A FULL MONTH OF WAITING I’m no closer to having an operational fridge. Wading through misinformed support reps, long hold times, no call backs and a blatant failure to fulfill their printed warranty I’m at the end of my rope. I bought Samsung because I thought they were a quality brand but all the fancy store displays don’t mean anything if they’re going to put out a faulty product and not support it. Do not buy a Samsung fridge, do not buy a Samsung appliance. They will fail and the warranty process will drive you insane. SEE PHOTO FOR REAL-LIFE HOLD TIME.

its a good looking, feature packed fridge. I've only had it a few days so it's too soon to speak about it's reliability, but it's first impression is pretty good. The only down side I wish I had thought of is all the smudges and finger prints you can see. Smudge proof would have been. Nice.

We bought this fridge for our kitchen, and we are very happy with the temp control and sleek appearance. The water pitcher is great for filling the coffee maker, and the middle drawer is nice for staging the kids' lunches. :-)

Fridge looks great. Like the no handles sleek look, but does get a little more finger smudges on the unit versus if it had the handles. The built in pitcher is a nice addition. The 3rd draws is also a nice feature, like to put berries and yogurt it in.

This refrigerator has much more interior storage than my previous fridge. To some extent this is accomplished by the use of a small, rather stingy ice maker as opposed to a large bin. This is not a problem for me, but might be for someone planning a party. The flex zone storage is a bonus.

You could find a similarly priced fridge with more options. If you need a counter depth fridge this is ok as not many CD fridges are much bigger, but it does feel cramped. Be sure to check the clearance for the doors in your house even around the counters. I will say that the auto filling water container is amazing and so much better than standing there holding a large tumbler or bottle up to the door. And you can put fruits into the inside chamber to “infuse” the water.

The fridge has a surprising amount of space for a counter depth unit. It can handle the essential requirements for a family of four. The in door water pitcher is an added bonus. Crisp, cold water is ready at all times and makes it very easy to refill the dogs water dish.

So glad we spent a little extra for counter depth. The unit looks great inside and out. The interior lighting and organization makes seeing everything inside very easy. The only down sides are small ice bin and minimal storage for tall condiments in the door storage.

Love the fridge. There is plenty of space, shelves and drawers in both the fridge and freezer. The middle drawer is great for quick, frequent items. Definitely great for my back.

Delivery Service was outstanding. For someone who did not know what to expect or better yet did not want to have expectations in order not to create high expectations I was pleasantly taken back. The team of 2 were professional from start to finish. They unwrapped and carried the appliances carefully. Their expertise of technique to do this was evident through the tight rope balance they executed with the belt contraption they used to lift and move the appliances. Wow! quite impressed. Considering Miami in general tends to fair average in service, everything I experienced with Best Buy was done professionally, swiftly and carefully. I would highly recommend best buy for their products and delivery services. I was well pleased.

This looks gorgeous in our updated kitchen. Counter depth looks sharp, clean without handles. LOVE the color, space and design.

Love my refrigerator. It is so sleek looking. Big plus on the flexzone, so I can adjust the temp based on the type of food I put in it.
