I would rate it zero but there are 2 cool features on this fridge. Cons first, first and foremost, the producer does not stand behind their product. There is a known issue to this appliance that Samsung will not own or fix which is the ice maker. It frosts up so bad that you can not use it. We used it for maybe 3 months, now it's just a drawer (of some sort). We have tired every trick and repair and absolutely nothing will fix it. Second issue is that the stainless steel is so lightweight that it's very ding prone. It came with a ding which I did not report which I regret but now it has a couple other dings that blend oh so well. The other thing that bothers me is the lower drawer and the shelf that should slide back and forth. It gets stuck often and it's a fight to make it move again. The pros of this fridge 1) it's pretty looking 2) it has a really cool feature to fast freeze when you bring items home from the store, or if you put something in the freezer and you need it to cool down faster. That's it. Highly recommend you pass on this product and look at something else. Do you research, had I done a better job, I'd never have purchased this. Money is just tossed out the door!

Although I have had it for couple of months but it is well worth the money. Ease of use and spacious than I thought.

This Samsung refrigerator is extremely well made and great for older folks, lots of space for a counter dept frig

Spacious and counter depth were key requirements and were met. I particularly like the water infuser in the door. Love it!

I really like this one comparative with other countertop designs. Designed well inside especially door side. we can store more food.

Very nice fridge cools really good and has a lot of space

We don’t find ourselves using the middle drawer as much as we expected. With the counter depth design, in hindsight, extra space in the main refrigerator would be nice. Love the water infusion pitcher though! And it’s operated great for us for over a year so far!

This fridge is really nice. I feel like there is adequate storage and the temperature control is great. The only issue I have with it is the shelving. I think this may be user error, however, and they can be adjusted.

I like the size and the features that come with. The incorporated jar make it easy when it comes to make drinks

So far I like the product. For a counter depth fridge it has great space. I have had the fridge for less than one week.

I love this fridge, so much room and keeps my food organized, there is place for everything.

Fridge has been great. Very roomy compared to what we had before. Only issue is that it is not fingerprint resistant.

Still adjusting to how we utilize the refrigerator space. Usually we use door space for condiments but the sizing is just off enough that many dressing will not fit.

We are very pleased with our new refrigerator. We have gone from a 25 Cu. Ft. 3-Door to this 22 Cu. Ft 4-Door. The interior design makes it more user friendly and gives many options on adjusting the shelving to create each customers storage needs. We love the smaller storage drawer that can be adjusted for various foods or beverages. The quart cold water pitcher in the door can be set to automatically refill after each use is option we use several time each day. Overall we are very satisfied with our purchase.

This fridge is really nice and keeps food cold. It does leave finger prints on the stainless but cleans up nicely.

We love this refrigerator. We bought it a few weeks ago as an open item and got a very price for it. It's functional, looks great, and gives us the flexibility we need. I do wish it would give you the option to control the crisper drawer in the refrigerator--it seems odd that even the most basic refrigerator has this feature and this one doesn't. Overall though, we can look past this...however, had I paid full price for this guys, I'd probably be a little ticked! Good fridge though!

Something weird is up with ice makers. I think all manufactures use the same models from a common manufacturer because so many complaints on ice makers not working. Whoever is manufacturing these is making junk. It must really eat into profits having to send out techs to fix cheaply made items. Too bad. Other than that, too early to tell if this fridge is any good. I replaced a well used and abused fridge from 1996, which has a still functioning ice maker. It is in the garage. I though appliances in the 90's were crap, a whole new low is being targeted. Make it as cheap as possible, disposable and consumers will buy every 5 years because they leave his no choice. Its really a sad state of affairs.
