Bought this fridge for my new house, it’s a lot quieter then my previous LG fridge.

I love this fridge! The only negative is the finger prints but not really that big of a negative!!!

Samsung doesn’t disappoint. Easy to install. The dual cooling system is amazing. Veggies keep fresh for days. Had issues with the Wi-Fi device but by following YouTube video I was able to make it work. App is very helpful by warning you of open doors. since I tend to forget to close the doors All the time, it keeps sending texts to my phone informing me that I left the doors open.

I like the look of the black stainless steel much better that the shiny black refrigerator it replaced. I like the pitcher included inside the door as well. The middle draw with the ability to have a third temperature range is great for deli meat and cheeses.

I have had this fridge a little over a year and while I was very happy for the service and delivery that I received, I cannot say the same about the ice maker and water dispenser part of the fridge and the warranty. The built-in water pitcher seemed like a great extra, however, it had a leak in the seam of the pitcher near the spout. I didn't notice and have been a little on the busy side (pandemic and all) and took a while to get around to calling Samsung for this problem. 8 days... That is how long they claimed I was outside of my warranty. I practically had to beg them to send me a new pitcher, because while I had purchased it a year prior, it took almost two weeks to have it delivered, so in my mind, I didn't have it for the year for the warranty - READ THE FINE PRINT! The water dispenser leaks on occasion for no apparent reason and the ice maker keeps freezing up even though it worked fine for perhaps 10-12 months. After that, the ice would stop coming out, but it would sound like it was trying to dispense it, even sound almost like it was trying to crush it on the cubed setting - also many times when it is set to cubed it still comes out partly crushed. By the time I realized there was an issue, I couldn't remove the ice tray because it was physically stuck, blocked by ice. Now the problem is, I am now stuck dealing with a brand new fridge that had a terrible warranty provided by a company that seems to just want to do the minimum effort to get you to buy your appliance. I know that I am now over the one year mark and if I want them to fix an issue that shouldn't have happened in the first place with a fridge this new, I will have to pay even more. NEVER again will I be buying Samsung brand appliances.

Not terribly functional. While the shelves are considered movable, they can only be moved to specific locations. Not enough room for my gallon liquids. Even some of my smaller bottles are too tall for the shelf spacing - either on the door or inside. Can't really get too much to fit. most bottles are laying on their side. Doors don't automatically close - you have to push them closed. I had to purchse this in an emergency but have taken my time trying to adjust. Was told that there were 2 freezer compartments - the sales person even looked it up but there was only 1. Water dispenser shows "spots" something terrible.

Overall, this refrigerator is very nice. This is my first french style purchase, and the freezer space is very small. On top of that, the ice maker is very small and slow to come out. My favorite part of the fridge is the auto refill water pitcher.

Really clean lines, very easy to clean, could use a bigger ice machine.

Product is nice, works well but the icemaker is small, does not hold enough ice. The crushed ice feature delivers scattered bits of ice instead in the cup.

This is a really nice fridge. It has a lot of space. Con: The ice maker doesn’t make a lot of ice.

Love the middle drawer for drinks and that you can change the drawer to freezer or fridge.

Only had the refrigerator for five days working well so far can't give a good assessment of how good the product is or how well it will work because of the ownership time ...would not recommend only because of the limited time I've had the product

I really love the idea that the fridge is not deeper than the countertop. And has great capacity!

Fridge is counter depth but has a ton of space. Delivery was quick and easy.

Still getting used to having a bottom freezer, it’s a learning process. Love the water storage container inside fridge, makes it easy to fill coffee pot and fill the dogs water, put it back and it automatically fills.

The refrigerator is wonderful. Plenty of space and I love the French doors. The one negative is the freezer top sliding drawer which simply doesn’t work all that well. The thing constantly falls off the tracks and feels cheaply made.

Love the middle drawer! Having the option to change the use when needed is a great addition.

We like the way it fits in the space. The counter depth is perfect and the features are nice.

Easy to store a lot of food in this refrigerator. Very sleek looking with out handles. Very very satisfied.

Refrigerator was delivered 1 week ago. Delivery went smoothly. My favorite aspect of refrigerator is the in door pitcher. Based on previous reviews we have avoided completely emptying it. It is wonderful to have for the Keurig. The drawer is also a wonderful feature. It’s also nice to be able to lock water on door with young children. I’m hoping this holds up over time. I definitely prefer this refrigerator to the Kitchen Aid that we replaced.
