I love my new refrigerator. It’s the perfect size undercounted refrigerator.

The only thing I wish it had was a separate chute for ice and water. Besides that, it is wonderfully adjustable to fit just about anything. I mostly love the center drawer where we store the most frequently accessed foods without having to open the larger refrigerated area. It's very energy efficient and looks sleek and beautiful in my kitchen.

Fridge is amazing, looks and functions amazing... the doors are thick which means you need extra space on each side to clear the doors to open them. Had to make some counter modifications to get it to work.

SAMSUNG has always delivered quality for our family. The internal water pitcher is a great addition when needing water for cooking. Ergonomics are its strong point. Everything is easy to reach and access. Even though it 'is counter depth it offers more internal space then our old standard depth. This is a good one!! Delivery was perfect as always driver went over product operating and answered questions.

This is a counter depth fridge with a pull out veggie/ fruit area so you don’t need to open the whole fridge. You can also use it for drinks. The bottom drawer pulls out and is a freezer with drawers in in for the things that get lost. It is just the perfect size for two people who like to entertain or for a family with small children who can get drinks and snacks without opening the main fridge.

This is a nice fridge. The ice maker has a little flaw but it’s a good fridge.

This refrigerator has lots of space. I have gotten many compliments on it.

We returned this for the regular stainless because the black didn’t match our other appliances. Also, the ice chute kept plugging up with ice. The fridge looks nice, and has nice features. Make sure to spend the extra money on the extended warrantee. My last Samsung died a few months after the 1 year warrantee ended. I went with another Samsung because they fit the spot in my kitchen, where others were too tall.

Greetings, I liked the look, space, and price of this unit. after weeks of shopping around i went on and bought a whole Samsung kitchen suite. the only issue i have is with the ice maker/dispenser, it takes longer than normal for it to dispense crushed ice (how i like my ice) and it seems like a couple of cubes will get thru. everything else is great. would've given 5star, but that ice dispenser still disappoints me till today (6months later)

Really love that there are no handles on this fridge. Looks modern and neat.

The product is beautiful fridge. When we got it home it was VERY shiny which for some people may be too much based on your taste. The fact that it has no handles is aesthetically nice, but it can be slightly awkward to open and close without making fingerprints on the front surface. If you're used to a full size fridge downsizing to a counter-depth model may be difficult to store as much product.

The refrigerator is very nice looking, space well organized with bins set for storing different fresh food items. Color is beautiful. Nicely designed counter depth

I love my fridge. I love that the shelves are customizable. You can lift or tuck them away. The built in pitcher is what sold me. If you ever put fruit in the infuser, make sure you wash it. It will grow mold if you don’t. The only bad think about it is that the ice maker gets frozen solid if you don’t close the doors properly. I have two boys and I have to check the doors as often as I can remember. Also, it doesn’t store a lot of ice.

Love it so far, only down side is there is not a lot of storage for tall items, ie large drink bottle, pitchers, 2L soda bottles, etc. I also wish the flex drawer could get just a little bit colder than 29 degress.

We purchased another Samsung fridge, but there was a known issue with leaking freezer seals. We could not get a repair person to come out, so Samsung very nicely gave us a store credit for our old fridge. We spent a little more (on sale price) and are very pleased with this new fridge. Counterdepth, but it seems to be upgraded from old counterdepth fridge. Outstanding!

Love this fridge and all the extra features it offers. Great size and quality.
