Great use of space. I use the flex drawer for my kids. Also love the water infuser.

This is my second Samsung refrigerator. Both are solid providing even cooling and a logical efficient layout. This model is counter-depth, giving me a sleeker kitchen. I really have not even noticed the reduction in storage capacity from the refrigerator it replaced. I learned in my first week of ownership, however, that the internal pitcher that automatically fills with water and provides an infuser for making cold-brewed tea and fruit flavored water IS NOT DISHWASHER SAFE. It melted in its first encounter with the dishwasher, and I did not have my dishwasher on its hottest setting. There was no warning in the manual or on the pitcher itself. I contacted the general number for Samsung customer support (not in the manual), and a representative agreed to send a replacement, which I have not yet received. My other complaint is that the ice dispenser tends to spew ice cubes and crushed ice everywhere, even when you hold the cup close to the top of the dispenser. I do like the size of the dispenser, which accommodates larger cups, thermoses, and pitchers.

Design is very good, looks great and the functionality of the appliance is superb.

I love the internal water pitcher and its auto refill. Also, love the inside extra clear light. However is not a fingerprint resistant!!

We had the same style refrigerator in the past though the deeper model with handles which I prefer except that now we are in a much tighter space. I have not hooked up the water yet but may drop a line later.

Sleek, clean look. No handle bars for kids to hang on. Happy with design and price.

The good about this fridge- it has a very clean exterior look in the cabinet depth option is really a great fit for my kitchen. That is really about it. The design on the icemaker is terribly frustrating. It freezes over every few days… pretty much anytime I need to use it- I then have to use a tool to shatter the ice and unjam the icemaker. Unless I want to unload all of the food and thaw it overnight. The compartments are all pretty flimsy including the icemaker tub. The water dispenser is also at the front of the fridge door so if you move a cup to the back lever to activate it, most of the time the water will miss the cup and splash on the floor. I really wanted to like this fridge but the issues with the icemaker really make it hard to like any part of it.

Nice counter depth fridge with the added extras that make it worth it

This refrigerator was not my first choice, but due to time restraints was chosen. I am very happy with my second choice. Lots of space, flexibility with shelves and the middle drawer flexible zone is great to have. The refrigerator has great interior lighting. I have white cabinets and the stainless steel looks great even with the gray side that is exposed. I would highly recommend,

Good starter fridge for small kitchens and narrow spaces.

I have only had the refrigerator for a few weeks; but, it seems to be working great. We really like the set up including the dual purpose upper drawer.

The refrigerator is great. Had a problem with the ice maker freezing up when we first received the unit. The Geek squad replaced some parts the first time but did not resolve the problem. Finally factory came up with a complete revision. Geek squad replaced the ice maker parts including a board. Glad I purchased the extended warranty. Works perfect now. Samsung and Bestbuy stood behind the product

Well designed and good looking refrigerator/freezer that is actually counter-depth. The counter-depth was a mandatory feature as this unit was installed in an existing galley kitchen. I didn't want to spend in excess of $10K for a full size counter-depth unit so this was the perfect alternative.
