No issues so far, ice maker works-doesn't freeze up, and so on. The unit looks great in our kitchen and for the most part is finger print resistant. Now if the kids have pancakes and have syrup on their fingers nothing we can do about that.

Not a lot of room for tall items. We do like the water pitcher that automatically refills, and the middle drawer for deli meat and cheese is handy.

My old refrigerator and this one were the same depth. But the old one had an open air handle and this one is solid door. Not a problem in fit, but a different look. That said the layout, lighting, features, and use of it is the best. This is my 2nd Samsung and I've enjoyed both.

Not having handles looks great but takes a bit to get used to. I haven't had the fridge that long so I hope I dont run into the same quality/reliability issues that others have run into

Under a one year warranty and still waiting for Samsung to get a service call to look at at. Do not buy this refrigerator or anything from Samsung. Faulty product. Zero customer service.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Quick delivery, match competitors pricing, nice design, like that it does not have handles, but takes getting used to pulling doors and drawers from the bottom or the top. Like the temperature adjustable deli drawer, and interior shelving that adjusts to many configurations, ice container seems small, but for 2 of us it has never run out. It is very quiet and when it was first plugged in was not sure it was on, but it cooled down quickly. Very bright LED lights. 95% great refrigerator. my one complaint is the black stainless finish was damaged when the delivery team set it in too close to the wall and then when opening the door, it rubbed against the wall and rubbed the finish on a corner of the door.

Best Buy, keep doing what you are doing and there are enough of us out there to support your business. I shop with Mr. Joseph Rojas, and he is the absolute best.
