I loved the idea of this but within 7 days of install, the ice maker has stopped working. I’m a week out now and still no answer from them as to how they’re even going to take care of this because there’s evidently no repair companies in the Minneapolis area. Not happy for this being a brand new refrigerator.

Love this refrigerator! Beautiful and looks built in! And buying from Best Buy has been wonderful! Price dropped $300. and Best Buy IMMEDIATELY refunded difference. Then there was a small dent in freezer door, and Best Buy took it back and brought me a new one! PERFECT!

We could not be more pleased with our new Refridgerator! It has more features Than We even realized we wanted. The Water Pitcher in the door Refills itself when You close the Door! The Controls are all hidden,and We Love that. Not to mention the warranty is 10 years!!!

Love this fridge! Even more I love the self filling water container. I don’t prefer the type of freezer. But it works well, just not easy to keep organized. The fridge has a lot of room.

Although we experienced a slight issue with our order, the manager Cici was AMAZING!!! Nice to realize people actually know and understand their responsibilities! She was great! 5 Stars girl!!!!

PRO's: Have had this product for 9 months now and love it. The Black Stainless Steel is great because it hides most all fingerprint marks. The beauty is you can clean it with a damp cloth no cleaners required. Use a dish soap soaked dishcloth if you are really concerned about it and wipe clean. The counter depths get a bad rap because they don't have a lot of storage. Okay perhaps that is true but I can fit all of my dishes in the fridge for anything I prep for meals that night. What it does make me do is examine all the stuff I store in the doors to rid it of expired products, which lets be honest people, our fridges are stocked full of expired bad products. I also try to eat fresh so I can hold 3-4 days worth of fresh veggies and meat products with no trouble. I can stack in the left overs to be used in the next few days. The ice maker works great as does the water dispenser and the internal water pitcher is awesome. I make tea with it or fresh lemonade. After you pour a cup, replace the container and it auto fills the pitcher no issues. That is an awesome feature. It holds the temperatures very well in the fridge, the flex drawer and the freezer. The extra space gain in floor space in your kitchen is a plus to me. It is about 12 inches shorter in depth than my old fridge, if you count the handles that stuck out. CON's: If you are a large family this is probably not the fridge for you but again that depends on your eating habits. Storage is limited. Black Stainless Steel is just painted stainless steel so if you have pets that jump on the fridge, i.e dogs, cats or if you have little kids and you yourself are hard on things then don't buy Black Stainless Steel because the paint scratches fairly easily. You really can't adjust shelf placement in the doors or the fridge itself. So tall large items are difficult to store it requires you to slide back half of one shelf in order to fit them in the fridge. This costs you storage space.

We purchased this model in 2017, we LOVED it. Loved until 2019 when the Ice Maker started freezing up. The refrigerator was out of warrantee. There is a known design flaw issue with this Samsung model, there is a small air leak behind the ice maker. This causes the icemaker and surrounding area to defrost/refreeze/defrost refreeze until it is completely encased in ice. If you defrost it, it will work again…first for a month, then down to every week. We finally got tired of it and had the icemaker replaced…one month later, same issue. There is a class action lawsuit and you can find many posts about this issue. Samsung denies there is an issue. I’m sad because 1. I loved everything else about the model 2. A new one is $2800, but I am at the point I have no choice if I want fresh ice.

Originlly bought a full sized ref, but after checking the dimensions it wouldn’t fit. So we needed a counter width size and this one was on sale and we love it! Can’t really tell the difference between this and a full sized fridge.

The fridge that I used to have would close completely based on the strength I push to close while this one would not. Not sure if it’s because it’s heavier. Not big deal but this one is: very difficult to push the drawer of the freezer to the back to get to the lower level of the freezer. Makes searching for items in freezer very inconvenient.

This refrigerator has not work since we purchase i! The cooling system is terrible we numerous spoilage of food worth over $2000.00 . Along with a terrible ice maker ! Had it repair last month and it is already not working! Need a new refrigerator immediately!

So love this refrigerator & the auto fill pitcher, however don't like the outside door ice & water dispenser-water & ice shoot onto the floor

The styling fits our condo perfectly. The French doors are very workable; the capacities are well apportioned, and the "flexible" drawer is extremely useful. Both freezer and refrigerator capacities are more than adequate for our usage.

Really happy with purchase love the fridge clean lines just wish they shelves were better spaced to fit taller items like milk. Not very adjustable.

The ice maker has already frozen once and it is not even a month.

So far so good! Have had about a month. I love the handle free design. Lots of room. Moved from side by side to french door. The 4th drawer is a must. The freezer still has tons of room and I think it's easier to access than the side by side. The filter doesn't take up much room. The water pitcher is kinda handy at times, but takes up a fair amount of space most of the time. What's not perfect? The single outlet for water and ice. Liked my old one with different spouts. You get used to it. The Best Buy installers were fantastic!

We’ve owned several Samsung refrigerators. Our last (Four Door Flex model) was great, except the ice maker which was a total joke. It seems that Samsung figures it out now. This ice maker works well and doesn’t freeze up constantly like the older versions.

Have only had for 1 month but really like the performance. Great utilization of space in the doors. Ice maker takes its time dispensing cubes but I like the size. Middle drawer with dual function is nice touch. Freezer is deep but easy to retrieve goods.Doesn’t show smudges. Really like!

This Samsung is a great refrigerator. The only complaint I have is that the tablet does not update properly and it has too many bugs.

Love the fridge and the stainless steel of this fridge is special and truely awesome
