I’m not a fan of Samsung fridges after the whole ordeal with the ice maker in the previous models. However, they fixed it in this fridge and no issues. I love the built in water pitcher.

the refrigerator is terrific with all the latest features. The in store experience was as good as it can be. The delivery experience was terrible. Three scheduled dates, the first could not install, the second was a no-show and finally two weeks later we got it.

The fridge is good & spacious however the ice maker is horrible. I would get clogged all the time from ice build up & it took forever for the ice to be made so we ended up buy a counter top ice maker which helps out a ton!!!!

Other than very limited ice maker capacity I'm very happy with the refrigerator. Had it for 3 months with no issues.

The refrigerator and freezer are great, no problems so far. We have had it about a month and a half. Haven't had any problems with the ice maker it just doesn't put out very much ice. Our last frig provided much more ice than this one will. I suspect that will be true of any frig with the ice maker not actually in the freezer.

By far my favorite fridge I've ever owned. It takes a little getting used to not having handles, but the clean look is worth it. We always drink infused water, which was the big deciding factor for me. The built in auto refill pitcher is awesome!!!

I have had this refrig for 2 weeks now. It is quiet!!! It is beautiful and I have fallen in love with the 4 door style. I was hesitant to purchase a Samsung as my repairman told me that they often need repairs. But, I took a gamble and so far so good.

Ice Maker is poor design. Keeps freezing up into block of ice. Even after MANY repairs we have given up on getting it repaired by Best Buy, even with a valid extend warranty in place.

Love this new Samsung refrigerator, it's easy to see nearly all food at once, great lighting (never thought it would matter!) The self filling water pitcher that I originally thought was a dumb gimmick has become my favorite feature.

This Refrigerator is the best I ever had, all my friends keep talking about it every time they come home, is beautiful and works amazing. I highly recommend.

I love everything about this fridge except the regular cleaning of fingerprint marks on it.

Ice maker not as good as I expected. Very slow to respond when pushing buttons

At this stage this appears to be the perfect answer to our fridge/freezer needs. Large capacity for a counter depth unit, with the added bonus of the hybrid drawer. Good value too.

It's only been a week, but we are loving our new french door fridge. It seems spacious and much easier to organize than the traditional two door fridge freezer it replaced. The deli drawer is brilliant, especially as it takes standard sized cans standing upright in it. We haven't tried converting it into a freezer drawer yet, but it's a brilliant feature. Only slight negative is the finger resistant black stainless steel isn't really that resistant. Minor issue though.

The pitcher is nice, and plenty of room for us. Only wish it had two drawers instead of one. Nice purchase.

We brought this because we wanted a fridge that didn’t stick out to far past our counter and most counter depths barely do, but then you have the handles that stick way out. This one has no handles on the face and it’s great!

Great refrigerator! I like the fact that it was easily installed by the Geek Squad Team and is super functional! It can also be connected digitally to a hub where the performance can be monitored. The drink drawer is very cool. Very good price.

Love the storage options with the deli drawer. Love the way the ice dispenser inside the unit doesn't take up much space. And of course the counter depth looks great in my kitchen!

It's working great also far! As soon as my wife saw this, she fell in love.
