Me and my husband have different tastes but the one thing we agreed on when it came to our first Refrigerator was this Samsung refridgerator! The Counter depth and 4 door flex french door option made it a perfect fit in our new home! Also the built in water jug was a great touch to a family that can't drink enough water! The Water Filter and Ice Machine is not bulky either! Highly recommend! Also the Black Stainless was my husbands idea which not only is he happy but visitors love it too! Worth the extra $

If I could give a negative star I would. Ice maker stopped working after a year and a half, genius repairman said “everything checks out, just take out your ice maker tray and shake every so often”. This is a repair solution for an almost $3k refrigerator? Classy...thank you for nothing. Ice maker is again not working, can’t even remove the tray to “shake” it as the “repairman” suggested. Samsung, this is quite disappointing...Bestbuy, who chooses your repair contracts? Sooooo disappointing in both of you.

After 9 months I am pleased to report that our Samsung French door refrigerator now only looks great it designed for convenience and it keeps food fresher than any other refrigerator that we had in the past! 5 Stars !!!!!!

Infusion pitcher is awesome. Put some watermelon in it and you have very refreshing beverage. Water purifying system is very good. Wish ice were harder though - it melts very fast. Middle flex zone drawer is very, very convenient.

Love the fridge. Only issue is lack of ice. Ice maker bucket is small. But for 2 people it is great.

No magnets holding your papers on the fridge :-( But the fridge is stylish and efficient

This is a great fridge with all the options a full size fridge offers. It looks great in my condo kitchen and blends in beautifully without sticking out too much. It is not as deep obviously so you’re limited on putting deep containers such as a pizza box in it!

I love the versatility that this Samsung refrigerator offers with very adaptable shelves, and the refrigerator drawer. I like that manufacturers are making refrigerators with the freezer on the bottom and the cold foods on top which is the part you use the most. Also the model without the handles makes it easier to clean and looks more sleek and stylish especially in the black stainless steel color.

I love this refrigerator, its strong enough to take on my large family. There are no handles to worry about. It's roomy and easy to clean. The ice maker is awesome. I love the sleek style and effectiveness of this refrigerator.

Beautiful appliance with many enhanced features that are high tech yet user friendly. Fingerprints on the stainless steal are annoying but nothing 50 cleans a day won't fix.

Makes a lots of noice when refilling water and ice. Not a lot of space in the freezer

Lots of room, temperature is great. In-door water/ice dispenser is great. Doors open nicely. Lots of shelves to organize food. Produce drawers are small, but given all the other options, it's fine, since I want to have fresh produce. Freezer has basket which is very convenient for small items and items for quick retrieval.

We live in a townhome with narrow stairways and delivery to the second floor can be an issue. Our delivery team was amazing. Love the recessed handles and the three compartment concept.

We purchased this appliance in August when we moved into our new home. We are enjoying the performance, however, the icemaker does not crush the ice as well as we would expect. aside from that we have not had any issues.

Thought I would miss seeing and using door handles on the Refrigerator. It is totally a clean and smooth look, quiet and roomy. Best investment! Definitely, would recommend others to purchase this particular refrigerator.

I searched around forever and finally landed on this fridge and I’m so glad I did! Perfect for my family of 5 and the kids love the middle deli drawer since they are little and can reach their drinks and snacks!

Great refrigerator. My only complaint is the water on the door comes out very slow

The Samsung is a nicely thought out frig. Not needing a bigger frig this smaller size works well. No door handles adds space to a small/medium sized kitchen as well. Perfect combination of smaller size and design.
