Lots of room, temperature is great. In-door water/ice dispenser is great. Doors open nicely. Lots of shelves to organize food. Produce drawers are small, but given all the other options, it's fine, since I want to have fresh produce. Freezer has basket which is very convenient for small items and items for quick retrieval.

Like the French doors, like the bottom freezer, still not sure about the flex compartment

Great contemporary looking refrigerator. Only had it less than a month and no complaints.

Good looking and much smaller than our old refrigerator. We wanted a counter depth one this time. I like everything except the ice maker is pretty loud when dropping the ice and the doors will sometimes be difficult to completely shut.

We love this refrigerator. Front is easy to clean and not having handles in the way makes it all that much easier. Best Buy's delivery and set up was spot on.

Great fridge, love the infuser pitcher! I like how you can choose to use the middle drawer as a freezer or a chiller. Although it does have one odd space on the left door that will stay empty.

Nice color and nice design. It fits our kitchen and works well and not too loud.

We purchased 3 Samsung appliances - electric range, refrigerator, and microwave from Best Buy - very pleased with the service we have received , especially the sales person we dealt with at the store...

So the salesman actually tried to talk us out of Samsung, saying most of them get returned. We’ve had it about 2 months now and love it! No issues whatsoever and always get compliments on it!

Good durable refrigerator. Provides good quality water and I enjoy the additional pitcher in the refrigerator. I use it to make lemon or cucumber water.

Needed a counter depth fridge for the space we had and this does the trick. Although it is smaller than our previous fridge it really does a great job. Only negative is that the ice dispenser in the door keeps jamming.

This was the second unit delivered by Best Buy that had factory defects that should have been fixed prior to Samsung shipping to their vendors. The initial unit came with a torn gasket for the freezer section, and one of the door bins, packed in bubble wrap, inside a cardboard box, inside of the refrigerator, inside a much larger box, was cracked. The second unit came with a dent on the finish of the freezer door. It was that way right out of the box. Seems that Samsung has no QC prior to final packaging. Geek Squad replaced the door with a new one. The service tech was great.

Love this fridge! We’ve had it for about a month now and had no issues with it at all. Love the no handle look and it’s super easy to clean with a rag.

Love the water pitcher inside for larger thermoses and our Keurig. The black stainless blended well with our regular stainless appliances. But smudge-proof....it is not. But we would get it again. Love it.

Great fridge that gets lots of compliments. Holds more than you would expect thanks to how well it is organized. Love the water pitcher feature as well! Favorite kitchen appliance.

The refrigerator is a good product, the installers were great, but information that was needed for a proper installation was never passed on to the installers. The installers went above and beyond to please me.

Other than the ice going everywhere when using the dispenser so far do good
