Easy to use, lots of shelf space, sturdy door shelves. The thing I liked the most is that it doesn;'t have a sickening cheap plastic chemical smell. We did not hook it up to water because we don't often drink cold liquids. There is enough space in the freezer for 10lbs of ice and a weeks worth of frozen food. You can regulate the temperature of the 4th drawer (its best feature) so that the temperature can be different from the big section of the refrigerator. The shelves are sturdy and offer personal choices for placement. Also true of the door shelves. Plenty of space for liquids. Its biggest drawback is the height. If you are 5ft or under, you might not be able to reach the back of the top shelves. We turned off the energy saver setting and the temperature was far more consistent.

A bit disappointed a gallon of milk does not fit on any of the shelves. I have to buy a new picture that is short and fat rather than the regular standard pitcher size as well. The only way to fit something tall on the shelves is by losing half of a shelf all the time. The water does not work very well when you have the ice feature right on top of the water feature. It is a good-looking refrigerator though. I would recommend this if you don't need a lot of space in your refrigerator and you don't mind putting up with the water on the outside of the fridge.

Decided to go with a counter-depth model after researching a lot. A standard depth would have been at least $200- $300 less expensive. But this one is a chic. We can easily feel that the vegetables and fruits are staying fresh longer that before. It matches perfect with the other stainless steel appliances in the kitchen without the bulk of a standard depth Ref. The extra compartment at the bottom can be used as freeze or freezer and is a cool feature..

Love the refrigerator so far. More space than I had expected for a counter-depth. The middle drawer is convenient, ice maker works well, spacious freezer.

Super quiet and nice having adjustable temperature storage section. Only reason for not giving 5 stars are that the doors do no line up with one edge being about 1/8 of an inch higher than the other

This is a well designed refrigerator that is well lit. I have it set on the same settings (0 & 37 degrees) as my old fridge, but this one is much colder, as is the water from the dispenser.....cold from the first sip.

The product is great, the only draw back is the size of the ice maker which is small and you can run out of ice quickly when entertaining. Other than that it is a great product.

I am very happy with this counter-depth refrigerator. The middle drawer is working out very well, and this refrigerator has much more room than I anticipated. I would recommend it.

Do your research...there is a lot of information on the internet regarding the problems and constant icemaker issues that Samsung Refrigerators experience. We purchased our Samsung French Door fancy refrigerator in July of 2016. Our icemaker stopped functioning a few months after the warranty expired. The icemaker is a poor design, I can assure everyone reading this review...it is not the user, the ice chamber routinely freezes up and requires defrosting and chipping to free up the frozen mechanisms...it will work for 3-4 days and refreeze. Our 15 year old backup refrigerator is still making ice...our 3 year old $2K refrigerator struggles...it is a bad product...and Samsung refuses to acknowledge the issue publicly. DO NOT BUY A SAMSUNG APPLIANCE! We have absolutely had it, don’t ever buy a Samsung fridge if you want ice. We will likely never buy another Samsung Product...not even a charger or SD card. Aside from it's good looks, this fridge is very quiet and functional. The extra drawer is so convenient - my favorite part of this design. Although it is a counter-depth, it holds a remarkable amount of items because of the interior layout. I would highly recommend this f\product.

Was looking for a counter depth refrigerator and the reviews very much steered me toward this Samsung. Obviously much smaller cubic foot capacity being a counter depth. Middle drawer is OK – would like to see more substantial dividers rather than the sliding mechanism. only using this drawer for storing drinks, but like the adaptability of temperature change to my needs for this zone. Only quirk is that both refrigerator doors need to be closed to dispense ice or water.

We downsized from a 29 cubic foot to this smaller size since there are only two of us. We find that it has so many features and great use of space that we don't notice the difference in cubic footage. Counter depth is visually more pleasing and gives a little extra room in the kitchen.

The middle drawer is great having the option of different settings for different food types. We also like the water and ice dispenser. Would highly recommend this frig.

The price was very competitive, and the people that you install that were very good and nice. At the end of the day I wife loves it and that's all that really matters.

The Samsung refrigerator was the best I've seen in counter depth. It is a stylish and suits my kitchen perfectly. It's been almost a month that I bought it a the setup team was amazingly helpful in letting us know the details of the fridge like the settings and all. Very satisfied with the fridge and best buy as yeah price was right too.

Bought the fridge since we saw good overall reviews. Have owned for 3 months and no problems yet. Very quiet unlike other reviewers claims. Looks great as well.

Ic maker a little slow, wish that taller bottles would fit easily under water dispenser. Love the flexible door and orgaznization of all compartments

Our kitchen has a somewhat non-standard measurement for the refrigerator space and this fit perfectly. Plenty of room and storage for both fridge and freezer

All in all, it is a nice counter-depth refrigerator, would purchase again

I owned a previous version of this refrigerator and could not wait to put this new version in my new home. This is by far the best refrigerator I have ever owned.
