Wasn't sure about the flex drawer, seemed over designed. In operation, though, it is great to be able to keep sodas and beers accessible and free up valuable shelf space in the main fridge. Wow, all those wide-open shelves after living with a side by side. Also want to commend delivery crew. Excellent, careful and thoughtful. Made sure I knew how to operate the fridge, very courteous.

I have used this refrigerator for almost one year before I started using it's ice maker. It freezes up and ice will not dispense. The ice maker was replaced and less than 3 months later the same issue recurred . Any refridge would probably keep food cold, but this one specifically advertises Thru the Door ICE!!! I am very disappointed with the poor quality of this item and the poor customer service. What is the point of having an ice maker that freezes up and will not dispense. I purchased the extended warranty and the second time the appointment was made the repair people had me waiting from 8-5, no show, no call. What's a person to do? By the way, I do like the cooling capacity and the center drawer. Although, the top shelf isn't very accommodating of large cartons/ jugs... it's the ice maker that's a real pain. Recommended with reservations

None of the short comings complained about ended up being true. The unit is in no way loud, it is accurate and has no problem making ice.

We've had this about a month. It looks great with our other stainless steel appliances and is stylish. We like the temperature controlled deli drawer, variable control vegetable drawers, and having an ice maker. It is counter depth so it is smaller and doesn't hold as much. We can't Costco size buy anymore. It is convenient to use and has a nice organizational layout. The freezer has adequate capacity for a couple of weeks worth of active items with a little left over for long term storage, but not for large bulk buys. The surface smudges easily, especially with kids around so it needs to be wiped down regularly. The delivery/installation guys were careful, fast, and technically competent.

Lots of space. Easy to organize and the drawer is great for drinks. Counter depth looks great and fits very well in a small space.

We were looking for a counter depth refrigerator that wasn't too small and that had French doors and a freezer on the bottom. This refrigerator was perfect, with even a cooling shelf for deli snacks, wine, etc. The depth was perfect for the tight space we had to fit it in the kitchen.

We really like the French doors and the two drawers. It does make a lot of funny noises. It keeps everything colder than our last fridge.

Does what it's supposed to - runs a bit noisily and has a constant drip from the in-door water dispenser - not much just tiny bit. Kind of upset I paid more for this because it's "counter depth" and get less space - more money for less fridge doesn't make sense to me.

This is a cabinet depth refrigerator I purchased for my new home. The fit was spot on and perfect! I found it to be very quiet and don't hear it unless I'm standing next to it or hear ice fall in the ice maker. The water filter works good as I live in an area with high mineral water content. Purchased on sale at a great price!

I would have given 5 stars, but we are having an issue with the water filtration system leaking water into the Cool Select Pantry drawer and it has to be replaced. The Samsung customer service experience was not great... they kept trying to send us back to Best Buy. Then the technician had to put in a work order for the part replacement and Samsung cancelled the ticket completely because they called the wrong phone number to schedule the appointment to come back out with the new part!

This is a wonderful spacious refrigerator. Love the stainless steel exterior. Love the 4 door model. This is exactly what I wanted!!

Easy to use.. seems every thing computerlized. Nice and fit into space.. I had the counterdepth one. My wife and I like it very much.

A terrific unit - looks great and has all the capabilities we need. We were able to get same refrigerator space in a counter-depth as we had with our old side by side and reclaimed several inches in the width of our kitchen space.

This is a lovely piece of equipment that sets off the kitchen space and provides enough storage for a lot of food and drink.

I think the fridge looks good but it makes a noise every once in awhile and the doors are harder to close than my previous one. Overall I’m ok with it.

Our previous fridge was very similar to this one, only in white. The counter depth is ideal for our narrow kitchen.
